My exercise minutes
goal for 4-8-14 to 4-14-14 is 250 that's 45 minutes 5 days a week.
--- 4 to 5 days a week. No less than 30 minutes. 2.50 to 3.00 miles when I do walk.
--- 10,000 a day of just normal walking like at work and around the house.
Exercise steps about 6,000 to 8,000.
I'm also going to be doing some workout videos at home, one of them is P90.
House cleaning is part of my workout but I won't post that lol.
