Hello, I was doing really well for a long time. I had lost 40 lbs, and was feeling awesome. Then I took a few days off from working out..one day went into 2, then a week, and so on. I got lazy. Shortly after that I started getting back into the game. Was not long after I had an accident and that prevented me from doing much. From not doing anything, I put on almost 20 lbs, and all muscle I had gained, I lost and I am feeling crappy. So, I am ready to get back into the game once again..support and motivation would be totally awesome.
