I have a digital scale that takes the small batteries that I got at Walmart for about $40, but it doesn't have all the "bells and whistles" as I don't like to pay for that extra junk, which I don't think works. This will weigh two different people, but that is about all and so I'm happy with it. I'd take the higher weight so next week when you weigh on the same scale, you'd have a bigger loss. Do invest in a scale you are happy with as it is a major piece of equipment you need. Remember a man will spend $800 for a rifle scope to go hunting once a year and think nothing of it, while women will use a vacuum cleaner that they have duct tape around the handle.

Okay I have a couple questions. What is the best scale to use? Which weight do I log? Today is weigh in day. I decided to pull out my second scale because I thought my Heath-O-Meter was not working right. After weighing myself three times on each I have two different weights. Three same weights on each scale. One is 175. and one is 176.4 Of course I want to go with the lower. Just trying to be accurate. Thanks
