Week 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 were a Success! I feel good.emoticon
My Adjustments on nutrition and Exercise seem to be working great
(Started the Low Carb Fri. Mar. 14th... it's kicked me back on track...
I will definitely be sticking with it till I reach 149 (or latest May 10th)...
Then add some carbs...............Over HALF way there... woohoo)

# 3 & 5 have become an easy part of my daily routine
# 4 Patience... is still a bit of an obstacle... mainly pertaining to my weight....


emoticon 100+ days Challenge (March 1 - June 21, 2014) emoticon

1. Stay within calorie / carb. range.... (Healthier choices)
2. Exercise daily .... (any form... just get up & Move)
3. Craft daily ..... (@ least 2 hours No TV... only silence or music)
4. Work on Patience... with myself and others
5. Spark daily (@ least 3 times a week call/email friends/family)

My Adjustments on nutrition and Exercise seem to be working great
(Started the Low Carb Fri. Mar. 14th... it's kicked me back on track...
I will definitely be sticking with it till I reach 149 (or latest May 10th)...

(Started the Low Carb Fri. Mar. 14th... it's kicked me back on track...

# 3 & 5 have become an easy part of my daily routine
# 4 Patience... is still a bit of an obstacle... mainly pertaining to my weight....

2. Exercise daily .... (any form... just get up & Move)
3. Craft daily ..... (@ least 2 hours No TV... only silence or music)

My Adjustments on nutrition and Exercise seem to be working great
(Started the Low Carb Fri. 14th... it's kicked me back on track...

Week 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 were a Success! I feel good.emoticon
My Adjustments on nutrition and Exercise seem to be working great
(Started the Low Carb Fri. 14th... it's kicked me back on track...
I will definitely be sticking with it... almost a third of the way there...)

# 1 & 2 Have been good since Starting LowCarbs- feel good -Wt is going off again
# 3 & 5 have become an easy part of my daily routine
# 4 Patience... is still a bit of an obstacle... mainly pertaining to my weight....


emoticon 100+ days Challenge (March 1 - June 21, 2014) emoticon

1. Stay within calorie / carb. range.... (Healthier choices)
2. Exercise daily .... (any form... just get up & Move)
3. Craft daily ..... (@ least 2 hours No TV... only silence or music)
4. Work on Patience... with myself and others
5. Spark daily (@ least 3 times a week call/email friends/family)
