5 wks November 18, 2013 192.2 lbs 36 bites per day average 2.2 lb loss
6 wks November 25, 2013 191.8 lbs 34 bites per day average .4 lb loss
7 wks December 2, 2013 185.4 lbs 33 bites per day average 6.4 lb loss
8 wks December 9, 2013 182.2 lbs 23 bites per day average 3.2 lbs loss

Here is my diary of how many aprox bites and miles I did this past week:
December

31- 35 bites (went away for supper and Bible study) 4 miles 1 bite fruit/veg
Jan 1- 10 bites 4 miles (1 bite fruit/veg)
Jan 2- 10 bites 4 miles (3 bite fruit/veg)
Jan 3- 10 bites 4 miles (1 bite fruit/veg)
Jan 4- 10 bites 4 miles (1 bite fruit/veg)
Jan 5- 40 bites 4 miles ( 1 bite fruit/veg) (my S day, 40 bites seems like alot when you are used to having 10!!)

Hi! I am a 31 yo SAHM of 5 children ranging in ages from 11 to 9 months.

so far I have lost 33.6 lbs in 7 weeks 2 days by counting my bites and now intermittent fasting added onto that. I also eat 3x a day and just a bit of peanut butter 3x a day
