Just count your calories and don't go over your daily limit. Most people don't know the calories in their food & that's why they end up fat..... U can do this!! emoticon

Final weight goal of 140 pounds & maintain my fitness with excellent blood sugar management.

Well, I know I was keeping a journal when I was a member her on SP before under a different name but I closed that account down. Swore of dieting actually but I am back. Not really sure what I am going to do but I know I have go to do something....
