Scheduling, or making a "daily Plan of Action" as I call it, is an essential part of long term success. I schedule my work daily so I can finish in time to work out and swim before it gets dark. I plan my meals for the week, make my grocery list and shop one day per week. This saves me time, which with two small children I'm sure is in short supply at your house.
Having a weekly plan broken down into 7 daily plans will give you piece of mind and help you be more effective throughout the day, and it's good for the kids to have a routine too.
