This is my birthday month. On October 3rd was my birthday and I weighed in at 230 lbs. I going to start tomorrow Oct.7 2013 my walking back. I want to start getting in the habit of walking again like I did a long time ago. I know I might have to start out slow and work up. My goal is to get to walking 5 miles a day, then work up to running.
I will walk starting out no less than 30 minutes.
At least 5 days a week. I will post my: minutes walked miles walked and steps. I will post how I feel after I walk and on the days I didn't walk I will post that as well.
So on til tomorrow.
