Hello all! As you may or may not know, today is the beginning of my 92 challenge to lose 8 lbs per month- or 2 lbs per week- until December 31, 2013.
I woke up today and remembered it's October 1, 2013 and was like.. "oh yeah! It's October 1st!" . I felt happy and well-prepared. Yesterday I made an online "weight loss countdown" calendar;counted down until Day Zero- January 1, 2014.
Is anyone else doing similar challenge? We can support each other! I could use some more support
Of course, it's easy for me to stay calm and focused now, but I'm a little worried about when I go back to work and get stressed or I experience something emotional and I "forget" the importance of my personal challenge. What should I do then? How do I stay focused?
