Well, I ran a half-marathon on Saturday and I've got a new run/walk training plan scheduled.
85 days is enough to lose, oh lets say 5-10 pounds. I think that's probably all I'm going to need.
So the focus now is activity on a daily basis, strength training, and trying to eat healthy.
I restarted the Plateau Buster program on SparkCoach, even though I didn't follow it when I did it before. I got lost in drama. There is no more time or space for that in my life.
