I am starting this journal so that I can hold myself accountable. Below are my goals and starting measurements!
My long term goals are:
- Reach goal weight of 135 lbs (pre-grad school weight)
- Do at least 20 minutes of physical activity DAILY (including 3 CorePower yoga classes/week)
- Cook at least 3 healthy dinners/week (other days: leftovers, weekend dinners=free choice)
- yoga poses to master: crow, headstand
- Run a sub-7 minutes mile
My goals for the rest of this week are:
- Continue with at least 20 minutes of physical activity daily.
Monday: biked ~ 18 miles/2 hours
Tuesday: CorePower HPF class - 60 minutes
- Track all calories Wed-Sun
My starting measurements are:
