Since I started my real journey on August 3 2013 I started out at 230 lbs and since then I have lost 4lbs as of August 11 2013. I'm real excited about this, so far I'm doing pretty good. I'm walking more and cutting back on cokes and sweets, I still have them but not as much.
Went for a walk with a friend while we was waiting for our girls to get out of cheerleading practice about a 33 minute walk. I'm keep track of my step, miles and minutes I walk a day. today have been 12937 steps 5.10 miles 4225 of those steps were exercise steps. So far I'm happy with what I'm doing. Maybe i can keep this up.
