Do eat the "good food" like nuts, berries, and lean meats, and try to stay away from real "junk food." We can enjoy a "treat day" but treats can be good food.

"Eating whatever you want" on one day will not ruin everything, but it sounds like maybe you are over-working yourself and depriving yourself. Make sure you maintain a level of exercise and nutrition that you can keep long-term. A healthy diet should regularly include healthy portions of food you want, and your exercise routine should make you feel fatigued, but not in pain.

Of course you can. Yes, everyone needs a rest day. Eat what you want, but overeating is still a no no.

Nope. Your body needs a rest day at least once a week. Your hard work also calls for a cheat day. I have one of each once a week. Try not to regularly have them on the same day, but even if you did, today, you won't undo your progress. Just get right back on the wagon tomorrow and all will be fine :)
