New Year - I am doing well so far this winter. I gained 2 lbs. over Christmas from eating rich foods. I didn't over eat, I just ate the wrong foods and snacks. I am getting back on track. It has taken a couple of days, but it seems to be much easier to make the right choices now.
We are staying home for New Year's Eve. I am fixing fruit, baked chips, fat free dip, shrimp and homemade pizza. I should do fine as I will weigh and measure my portions and stay on track during the day as well. New Year's day I am planning to fix a big pot of vegetable soup.
I am ready for 2014! Bring it on! Back to my routine and goals.
One of the biggest goals for all of us should be to LOVE ourselves!
