Today was my weigh-in day and I have lost another 2 lbs. which makes a total of 10 lbs.! I am very happy with myself for sticking with SP. I am doing the stress challenge, my first challenge. I am an emotional eater.
I went to a family birthday dinner tonight and did not go over my calories. Nothing was lite or low-cal. I felt like I ate more like a thin person would eat or at least, more mindfull.
I was very tired today so I decided I needed a nap. I did not exercise today, but tomorrow is a new day.
A very good day today!
