Fatallycute: RIGHT?! I work out first thing in the morning, and if I wait for any reason, it's nearly impossible to make myself do it. The kids are up and either need me or the space is occupied, work calls, housework calls..... sigh.
This week has been a bit of a disaster. I have slept late two days. As in two hours late. Not only did I miss my workout, I was late for work. Ugh.
I've also been reeeaaallly sleepy. Even on the days I slept late by two hours, I was so tired. I ate some gluten over the weekend, and I immediately gained 3 pounds and my face, legs, and midsection swelled up. Yikes. I have only been gluten free less than a year, so I'm not overly familiar with the feeling I get when I get off track, so perhaps it's possible that's what this is? Lord, I hope so, cause it's awful. I'm ready to feel like me again. I've been much more careful since Sunday about what I'm eating. I am still too carb heavy, but it's good carbs. SO many good FRUITS are in season right now, so I'm snacking on watermelon, berries, peaches....... so good.
Ok, so back to work!
