I started SP about 2 weeks ago and everyday I have learned soo many new things. When I am reading articles and feel inspired I will get up right then and there and do whatever exercise I was looking at it has really helped get me moving in a slump. I have just decided that will be my new goal

things are getting better each and every day! With a little bit of work I am on my way. Take time to enjoy the sights on your weight loss journey, The destination will be that much sweeter.
