M,W, F-run 5k (approx. 35 min) each time
T, Th-gym a 35 min wo (approx) doing full body each time
Sun-Long run (12-20k) time varies, but usually at least an hour and a bit
Currently doing 28 Day Bootcamp which consists of 1 10min wo video daily, plus min. 30min cardio 5 days per week.
Tofu, beans, beans, beans, tempeh,
soy products ("meatless chicken or beef")-keep these to a minimum, as they are highly processed and high in sodium etc.
If you don't eat much meat, soy and beans are going to be your friends. Slowly build on beans, as the more regularly you eat them, the less gassy effect they have.
