Glad ur Doctor is helping you. There is a lot of help with the diet on Youtube, as HebbyDobby has released over 100#, and MAMACLOK has kept her 70# off for over three years, and MsHCGgirl has kept off her 120# loss, etc.
Sparks doesn't approve of the diet at all.

So xcited to have found this sight im going to start my diet next monday emoticon

Im little nervous but im under a docs care and after reading posts about this really helped so just wanted to say hi and wishing evrey one a great week
