Hello LadyStarWind welcome to SparkPeople.
I am starting in May because I have surgery coming up soon myself and my friends also are waiting until then. One of my friends is a member of SparkPeople as well. I have to wit because I also have a lot of things going on this month.
One of the things is trying to walk normal after having a total knee replacement done last Sept. and then having it manipulated in December so now I walk with a limp. I have to try and get back to where I was before the surgery, I am having my other leg done as well but just with a scope this time.
So you see that is why I am waiting until May.
The 17 day diet is a book that I bought last week and when you do it you can loss 10to 17 lbs in those 17 days then you move on to cycle 2 and try and lose another 10 to 15 lbs
there is 3 cycles of the 17 day diet and right now I have to read the book first
Live life to the fullest because you never know when it will throw you a curve ball.
