Just some advice. Unless you have become a vegetarian or vegan, you can have steak while you are in the weight loss phase. I believe the serving is 3 ounces. I know it is not much but on this journey to a healthier lifestyle you should practice portion control. Half your plate should be veggies (or fruit) anyhow. Everyone has cravings but if they keep coming back you should consider the proper portion/serving of that juicy steak!

As for my workouts, FORGET THE "No pain, No gain." this does not work for me. "I will do it until I'm sore, and then I will soar!"
