I do plan on exercising. Just not at the moment because other things in the house that need done are things i have also been wanting to change. My son and his family will be visiting from Germany this summer and I really want the house to reflect my excitement of their visit.
Devoting a couple weeks to house upkeep will make me happy along with keeping me busy and out of the kitchen. I also have already bought things to improve and refresh the outside this spring like paint, fence, seeds I used to be more active with that type of thing and want to start back in that good habit. I was a farmers daughter and was used to nonstop activity not exercising,
I want get back to that way of life if i do i think i will be more likely to succeed.
I think we should all use what we have to the fullest and I have not done that as well as I could.
I am lucky I have land in the country that could keep me busy forever if I let it.
I made a short list of goals to start with and I hope i can share the completion of them as well as my weight loss here with you all.
Sort,clean,repaint & decorate spare bedroom
Put up 500 feet of fence
Re-mulch flower gardens
Make a small veggie garden
Re-paint the chicken coop and duck pen
Re-stain the decks
LOL That should keep me busy for the next 2 1/2 months
