Gonna try to keep track of my food here instead of the Nutrition tracker because that takes forever and I don't want to start obsessing over calories.
breakfast: veggie and bean stew
lunch: veggie and bean stew
dinner: salad with chicken, romaine, tomato, sliced almonds, beans, vinegar and olive oil
2 pc ezekial bread with butter
snack: 2 cuties, 1/2 sausage link
