I hear you. That's why it has to be such a huge commitment to work. I have a sign in my office cubicle that says, "Yesterday You Said Tomorrow" by Nike. It reminds me that I have to do TODAY what I need to do to get to my goals. So start your exercise video tonight :)

I hear you! Everyday is a struggle for me when it comes to working out. I DREAD going there but once I do I'm glad I did it. It feels like a triumph to me.
Just take it a day at a time. Baby steps. I try not to look at all the weight I have to lose. Instead I break it down into small, realistic segments. One pound weight loss a week.
Hang in there. We are all in this together! emoticon

Why is it so much easier to put the weight on but so difficult to take it off?? Trying to stay motivated to exercise, especially in winter, is more difficult so I'm looking forward to sping/summer when I can get outside with my kids and do different things. I've yet to do any workout videos since joining SP and I regret that. I am determined to start it this weekend!

I hope all of you are doing well on your health journey! It is hard but I know it's also worth it!!
