My goals for today are to:
-workout (I'm on a 42 day streak!)
-drink at least 12 glasses of water (I do well with my water intake)
-eat at least 4 times today (this is where I struggle...sometimes I only eat 1 or 2 meals a day)
-not worry about tracking my food (this has been stressing me out! I can't seem to get it together. So, once I can get in the routine of eating at least 4 times a day then I will start tracking my food again)
-enjoy my breakfast and lunch dates today, while making healthy meal choices
-do something nice for myself!... I will either buy myself a gift or get my nails/brows done
-have a Fabulous Friday!
