I am usually in such a hurry at breakfast time that I eat 400 before I Know it. Left overs from dinner, granola bars, etc.
As a result, I have been "running out" of calories by dinner time with nothing left for my after dinner/ after kids go to bed/ take a breather snack.
So I'm trying to keep breakfast and lunch each under 300 calories with a snack in between each meal.
