The list idea is great. Also have you tried budgeting those foods into your daily food intake. When I know I am going somewhere that has foods that are hard to resist I will put it in my tracker first thing that way I don't feel deprived if I don't get something and/or I don't feel guilty if I give in.

Hello...I understand how you feel...but our weight is up to us...we are going to have to be strong....when you go to the store..take a list and buy ONLY what is on the list...that will make it alot easier for you...I am a impulse buyer so I know how easy it is to fall off the wagon by all those bad, unhealthy items calling your name ...just stay strong....

Help, I can fallow my food plan all day until I get in my car on the way home from work, Here is the problem I drive for one hour and as long as I don't have to stop for anything I am OK . but I live where the nearest store is one hour away so I have to stop for my family a least 3 times a week and that is when I I will pick up something to eat I mean at times I cant leave the store without something to eat in the car. What to do? I don't have any one else going into town . I do take snacks with me in the car for those days but I always pick up some from the store to eat.
