Good for you for not quitting. Sometimes its really hard to stay on track and focused but we have to keep moving forward. Small steps and small goals help me. Instead of just one big weight loss goal I give myself smaller monthly ones that I can achieve and feel so much better at months end when I've reached them. Best of luck to you.
