I have decided to start over and I'm trying a community journal not sure how this really works but I'm pushing forward anyway. If anyone has any tips or anything on how to make this work great I would love them!
Here's what I've been up to the past two days:
21 Jan 13-started with just eating and tracking what I was eating making no changes to my diet or anything!
22 Jan 13-tracking as many foods as I can today and making sure that I'm getting in as many Sparkpoints as I can! I figure if I go down this list and track as many places as I can to get me more involved as I can in the community! This has been one of my problems in the past is not feeling involved so I am making myself do it! Be Involved as much as I can!!!!
Just two days in and I'm feeling good about this time! I've said that a couple of time before but I can't wait this time! I want to do this! I know that I need to get a padometer, I need to start tracking my steps because I def think that will get more exercise in without even thinking about it!
Also gotta say that I love listening to Sparkpeople radio, does anyone know when and if they put new episodes up?
