I have good news all. On January 8, 2013 when I arrived back to work I weighed myself and the scale read 264lbs. I changed my diet (to include drinking water only), started doing insanity exercises and regular routine walking. I just checked myself on the scale today and I am 254lbs. 54 more lbs to go. Starting off the week right. WE CAN DO IT! ON OUR WAY TO BEING HEALTHY. :-)
