Thanks. It stinks...my son had problems at school I got off my regular routine and just stress ate then there was the holidays, and toped it with a great vacation! Good luck to you also. I am very motivated right now.

I, too, am getting back on track after gaining 15 pounds! I can't believe I let it happen, and it sure seemed to happen fast. Keep up the positive, "I can do this" attitude and I'm sure we'll reach our goals!

Very disappointed in myself that I have gained 15 pounds. How on earth did that happen. Now, need to get back into good habits and stay motivated. So far today I have done well but night is the hard time. Tonight I will do it! I will stop eating around 1300 cal. I want the wt gone in 8 weeks! emoticon
