IM HAPPY TO SAY THAT I LOST A FEW MORE POUNDS WHEN I WAS THINKING I DIDN'T. I AVOIDED WEIGHING MYSELF FOR TWO WEEKS ,BUT WHEN I MADE MY MIND UP AND I STAYED FOCUS I GOT ON THE SCALE AND IT WAS LIKE GOOD MUSIC TO MY EARS . IM HAPPY AND IM GOING TO KEEP PUSHING WITH THE HELP OF SPARPEOPLE.
