I've been on track with my new lifestyle for 33 days now, and I feel better than I did one month ago. It's a bit easier to move around, and I don't have heartburn at all anymore. I just noticed that my pants feel a little looser, and it's a little easier to tie my shoes. Woo Hoo!
I have been coming to terms with slow losing (one pound a week) and that it will take about two years to get to my ideal weight, but I know I will feel much better sooner than that. Each month that I am practicing healthy living will feel better than the one before it. So here is to slow losing and feeling better.
I can do it, I will do it, just watch me!
