I have been sick for the past couple of days and haven't been able to workout, but planning on getting back at it. I weighed this morning and I have lost 4 lbs. Seeing that (even though some of that is from being sick) I'm going to try real hard and not let it come back. Now I have lost a total of 7 lbs since Feb 12 2013 my heaviest weight of 230 lbs. I'm in a better mood to start losing the rest one pound at a time.
The other day I put on facebook that while working out I looked at myself and I seen the big picture 100 lbs i need to lose and that's when I couldn't see the finish line which I guess in weight loss there is never a finish line, you just keep going. But with a few good comments I got I have to learn baby steps, one pound at a time and I didn't put this on over night,
I know with the workout plan I have got, sparklepeople, friends and family and the most important one is God on my side I can do this.
My workout plan is to do Power 90 5 to 6 days a week and walk on my treadmill.
My eating plan is to cut back on junk food. Eat healthier.
Cut back on Cokes and Even diet ones and drink more water.
I'm not going to cut any thing out right now just cut back until I get more in to it beacuse if I do I will give in and eat a whole bag of oreos. Portion sizes.
