Hi, Eshara43 here again,,
I have been doing great so far, I do 30 minutes of Zumba each day now and I even do chair exercises to the music I have on my computer and I love it. My fitness levels are starting to come back now because I have to start tightening up the muscles around me new knee so that it will go straight when I walk.
I am going to start tomorrow morning by doing 60 minutes of zumba and 120 minutes of fitness and another 60 minutes of chair exercises. Then I will do 120 minutes of house work to get my house clean again. I am even going to start eating 3 meals a day again as if I am doing it now which I have been slacking off. I want to see more weight come off but I am still sitting in at 211.0 lbs and I know I should take it easy but I am so excited about getting back into my regular routine again that I dont care about the pain and i will work with it to get through it,
