I really do not wish to imagine how my sister's visit had affected my daily life and routine. In fact I stopped working out altogether except Saturdays when I buddy up with her to workout. I missed their leaving so much I cried yesterday but I think I am back to having the routine back and I hope the weight loss journey continues from here.

I weighed in at 165.6lbs this morning , that is a 2.4lbs loss from last week weigh in. Happy with that and hoping for a better weigh in next week.

I weighed in this morning being the start of a new month and after 35 hours of fasting. Stood on the scale 3 times

1. 162.2lbs
2. 162.8lbs
3. 162.8lbs

And I think I will go with the highest so I have a chance move up and down the ladder.

I did HIIT this morning and I could see that I am really unfit. I got tired so easily but I did my best, especially with the burpees. I was to do 100 burpees i.e. 10 x 10 reps of different styles of burpees, was I exhausted? I am sure I did not do the whole 100.

Today, I am feeling full (lots of beans yesterday) and I will be taking enough fluid till I am feeling very hungry before eating, maybe some uncooked foods like eggplant. That should do the detox well for me. emoticon

I weighed in at 165.2lbs this morning as against 166.2lbs of yesterday. That's a 1lbs loss, good in my books and moving well towards the right direction.

I just started a new exercise challenge, the new idea is compiling all my exercise videos in alphabetical order and I think this will suppress boredom for me.

I weighed in at 166.4lbs today as against 167.8lbs yesterday. I had a meal (eat out) that was salty on Tuesday and I paid for it with a bloat on Wednesday Weigh in. I need to watch it with salt next time. Nothing good like home cooked meals.

I did a 36 hour fast(spiritual discipline) yesterday and I weighed in at 166.6lbs this morning, I feel that is water weight loss. July is going to be a better month for my health and I will work hard towards it #hardworkpaysoff #icandoit

Today is a good day. Food is on point but I have not worked out in days and even today looks out of the equation already but July 1 is another good beginning for me and I hope to keep at it for the whole month. I am continuing with the new plan I started 2 weeks ago and I am only re-dedicating myself to it.

@Financial_Mom, thanks for commenting here. It looks more today that the scale is getting a upper hand.

It's a good day today (fasted mood) and I am strong enough to do other things. I am planning what I will eat at night so I don't have more the speculated calories for breaking the fast.

I am starting with eggplant, I realized 2 days ago that the calories are so low and manageable. emoticon

I wish I had something worthwhile to say to help you with your scale versus phone decision but I don't know enough to offer an opinion.

Yesterday was another good day on the scale at 169lbs but I always weigh the lowest during the few days before TOM so if by next weigh in I lost weight or maintain then I know the scale is moving the right direction.

I think I might be getting a new phone soon. I am really caught between a new phone or a new scale. If you are reading this, your opinion is welcomed.

I can still walk/jun on the spot and that is a very good idea.

The weekend was busy for me. I had a prayer retreat that took the major part of the day, then went to my designer for some clothes measurement. Sunday was all church.

I tried to eat healthy over the weekend including a recipe of french toast that I saw on Sparkpeople. I think I will be voting for french toast as breakfast as it is quite filling through the day. recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?

I am in week fourteen of my present streak and it is working. It had not been easy but it is worth it. With patience and perseverance, I will surely get to my goal weight.

I was at the gym this week and how I have missed that place. I did my best not to overwork myself through the session. I am really sore from the workout and I am happy about it.

1 more day to finish the 100 days 10+ minutes streak.

I asked a question over the weekend from Chris on FB and the reply is giving me a better outlook and a new turn in the next 100 days streak.

I will be counting only the days I do 10+ minutes of exercise. I may likely get the counting right this time and it should help me better.

Just do something on a daily basis, even if it's just a walk.

Today was awesome for me. I got to the gym in very high spirit. I ran 1 mile in 13 min, that is 1 min less than the last 1 mile run. I feel so proud of myself. Did resistance training and a few weights. It was simply terrific.

It is always a month since I wrote in here, it had been a busy time for me and I think there are great values for my efforts too. The scale is moving so slowly down but I am happy it is moving at all.

I still get bloated with PMS but I know that someday I will conquer this effortlessly. I try to control my food intake a week before my period and a week after now. But I realised I still have the problem of overeating during my ovulation period too. Now that I know where the problem is, I will still look forward to another O period and take good care of myself.

This week had been awesome with my exercise plan. It went well for me, I did 3 months subscription at the gym and this makes me a little accountable to my dough.
The flu caught up with me this week and it can only be there since its a virus and will leave when I have enough immunity against it. I took bbq fish for dinner today full of chillies, can never be better. I will be better too.

This is another weekend and I feel so weak. I am so confused on what I really want to do with this weight right now. I take lots of proteins but I get bloated with it and it increases my weight. I don't know if I wish to continue with the IF because there is so much discrepancy in my weight maybe its because I had not been working out anyway. Now am back and I hope things will be better this time. It is my birthday next month and yet it does not look as if I will achieve my goals at all.

Well today is another day and I feel it is worse than the last week. This is just my week two and it is either I change the day I do this, I think my Sunday is a day full of activities and going long hours without food may not be advisable. How about a Saturday?

By 4pm I had to break the fast today because, I was just weak and saucy just like the past week. And now an headache, whatever is causing the headache I am not really sure of right now. I promise to be fine, let us see what my Friday weigh in says this week.

I am completing what I started which is my 30-Day Fitness Challenge, poor me. But I must finish what I started.

I started the fast by 9pm on Saturday night and I took nothing but water for the next 24 hours. When it was 8pm, I took some baby carrots, some bites of pineapple and a small piece of beef. I woke this morning so hungry and took my breakfast earlier than my usual timing.

All I noticed was a fog in my head that later turned to a nasty headache but I overcame it and I became well this morning. I am continuing with this by coming Saturday.

Just finished working out with About.com exercises, it was awesome after a long while. The workout this morning took me back to basics. I loved every bit of it, this was where I started from and I think going back there will do me some good.

Monday under the belt , and September 2013 officially done. Full days work, grocery shopping, homed cooked healthy meal for a family of 5, Kick Boxing class for an hour , shower, read a book , and of course Thank God for my blessings.... I hate it when I am sick because I cannot workout. I also hate it when I am emotionally down because I will not workout too. I love my workouts more than these two and so I try to avoid these two factors totally. It nearly spoiled this past week for me, but I am here today because of God who has kept me and set me free.
