I haven't made an entry in my journal in such a long time that I couldn't even find it.
So far, I've kept off the weight I've lost...for almost 2 years now. Unfortunately I was only about 1/2 way to my goal. Every day I say TODAY IS DAY ONE...and then screw it up around 4 because I get tired and unfocused. So, once again, today is the day I stay focused and determined.
I've prepared my lunch and done the prep work for supper. A big step towards success...for me!
