Watch that bp girl a good friend of mine played around with her meds and ended up having 2 silent strokes. I find the more I move the more I want too but boy is it hard to find that get up an go sometimes. I also find weighting myself everyday discouraging,I some how always think I should weigh less but it don't happen.so I stick with 1x a week results.Don't get me wrong it seems I have to weigh everyday for some reason (hopefull thinking I guess)but I do find tracking once a week instead more rewarding. the english muffins by smartones are good and gluten free,I find they are I bought a pack this weekend because i needed something fast for breakfast I did a craft show sat. and today I ate the other one just because i was lazy. Keep up the good work  way to go girl !!!!

9 TH DAY ON PALEO...FELT GREAT TILL YESTERDAY AND TODAY. FEEL TIRED WHICH IS NORMAL WITH FYBRO. A MONTH AGO I HAD STOP ALL MY PILLS, ONE BY ONE TO SEE IF IT WAS ONE OF THEM THAT MADE ME FEEL WEAK. DOES NOT SEEM TO BE THE CASE. WENT TO DOCTOR WEDNESDAY AND BP WAS VH, AGAIN NORMAL FOR ME BUT HE ASKED ME TO TAKE MY PILLS AGAIN. TODAY IS MY SECOND DAY...IS IT WHAT MAKES ME FELL TIRED... ALL WEEK MY WEIGHT WENT DOWN...SUND, 206.8. 206.6, 205, 205, 204,202.8, 202.2 AND TODAY 202.4... KEEP TRACKING AND STILL HAVE PROBLEM TO GET MY CARBS IN. I STAY IN MY CALORIES RANGE. HAD LAB TESTS ON THURSDAY, WILL SEE IF I AM MISSING SOMETHING... YESTERDAY WAS THE FIRST DAY I FELT HUNGRY AND CRAVING BREAD AND POTATOES. I BOUGHT SOME ENG MUFFINS WO GLUTEN, ILL SEE WHAT IT DOES. IN ALL I AM PRETTY HAPPY HOW IT WENT, I WONDER ABOUT DAIRY PRODUCTS, ILL HAVE TO READ AGAIN.

Sunday is a day of rest for most. Good luck on your Paleo diet don't forget to keep us posted! I must admit one of my bigest problems is getting exercise motavation even though I know it makes me feel great and I rest OH So much better at night.KInd of crazy one would think we know what we need why not just do it.

FIRST DAY OF PALEO DIET. LOTS OF WORK. LIKE ANYTHING NEW YOU START. I ATE GOOD AND FEELS FULL ALL THE TIME. I HAD TO ADJUST MY CARBS AT THE END OF THE DAY. WO BREAD, I HAVE TO GET MY CARBS IN VEGGIES AND FRUITS. WENT TO THE POOL AGAIN TODAY 60 MIN AND MY 20 MINS WII STEPS. I HAD A REALLY GOOD WEEK, I HAVE TO KEEP IT UP. I MIGHT JUST REST TOMORROW, BAD PAIN IN MY LEFT KNEE. ILL SEE TOMORROW

I hope you fond some motivation here els Here is an idea find a food scsle and use the food you already have 4oz meat-1 cup raw veg. try to take a day and pre cook meats ,put in zip lock bags I find that very helpful. I hope your dr visit goes well

MISSED YESTERDAY AGAIN. HAD PASCAL S CAR. PROBLEMS WITH BRIT AND LICE, SPENT LOTS OF TIME ON PC TO FIND WAYS OF TREATING IT. SHE CAME OVER FOR A WHILE. WENT TO GET GROCERY, COULD NOT GET THE KEY OUT OF THE CAR. WENT TO PASCAL, HE FIXED IT BUT I CHANGED MY MIND. STAYED AT IT PLACE AND WATCHED HUNGER GAME, THEN HE DROVE ME HOME. STOPPED FOR MACDONALD... TODAY TOOK A BUBBLE BATH, AND SPENT ALL DAY ON PC. BUT FINALLY FOUND A WAY TO DOWNLOAD A BOOK ON BRITS KEY. I KEEP TRYING TO READ STUFF TO GIVE ME MOTIVATION AND ENERGY....BUT NOT THERE YET.... CANT START THE PAELO, I NEED GROCERY. I HAVE SO MUCH STUFF IN FREEZER AND CUBBARDS, ILL WAIT ANOTHER WEEK. WEIGHT TONIGHT...SURE I GAINED, I DID ON MY SCALE THIS AM. APP WITH DOCTOR WED AT 10, NEED TO BORROW PASC CAR.

I MISSED YESTERDAY, NOT A GREAT DAY. I AM SO TIRED AND BORED ALL THE TIME. WENT OUT WITH PASCAL FOR SUPPER AT MIKES. I HAD PASTA, THE SMALL ORDER. WE WENT TO THE SECOND HAND STORE AND I BOUGHT 4 GAMES FOR 15$ FOR THE WII. I PLAYED ALL NIGHT, SPORTS AND MIND. TODAY SAME KIND OF DAY. ON THE COMPUTER ALL DAY FIXING MY PICTURES AND SPARK. HAD SPAGHETTI FOR SUPPER, STAYED IN MY LIMITS. IBOUGHT THE BOOK PAELO DIET, ILL GO BUY WHAT I NEED FOR IT TOMORROW. I READ THAT IT MADE A DIFFERENCE FOR FIBRO PATIENTS. ILL SEE. I FORGOT I STARTED THAT JOURNAL.  JIBBIE49 FOR VISITING, IT TOOK ME TO MY LINK. WEIGHT WAS DOWN .75, I WAS EXPECTING MORE BUT THAT'S OK AND I HAD MY PHONE IN MY POCKETS. I WEIGHTED IT ITS .5 SO I REALLY LOST 1.25...LOL WENT TO PLAY CRIBBAGE AFTER, LOVED IT BUT ITS A 1 TIME THING, FOR NOW. I AM LOOKING AT FINDING A PLACE WHERE I COULD PLAY EVERY WEEK. I LOVE CARDS, ANY GAMES EXCEPT BRIDGE. I WISH I LEARNED WHEN I WAS YOUNGER NOW I GET CONFUSED WITH DETAILS, EVEN THE ONES I KNOW. I STOPPED THE NO S DIET, NOT FOR ME. I GET DIZZY AND WEEK SO I NEED TO EAT, SOMETIMES BETWEEN MEALS. WENT TO THE POOL YESTERDAY, GOT WEAK AFTER 20 MINS. HAD TO STOP. TODAY I SPENT ALL MORNING IN BED, VERY TIRED. WILL TRY TO GET WII STEPS IN LATER. HAD A GOO BREAKFAST AND LUNCH AND DINNER IS PLANNED,,,ALL WITHIN CALORIES RANGE. ILL PUT IT ON PLANNER SO I REMEMBER EVERY DAY. Don't quit you are doing great! I also do wii everyother day an let me tell you ,I know how hard it is.Buy at least it is fun.as for the pool I have gotten lazy with that all the rain we have been having . I did my meal tracker an was dumb founded to see all I took in today was 6oo something cal.an I was not starving hec I was not even hungery.

DAY 3 WANTED TO DO POOL BUT HAD TO WAIT FOR A PARCEL. I DID SOME WE INSTEAD. I STARTED WITH 20 MINS OF ZUMBA, THEN RUNS, AND STEPS. I MADE SURE I SWEAT. I FOLLOWED MY 3 MEALS, NO PROBLEMS. I REALLY WANT TO BE DOWN THIS WEDNESDAY. TRIED TO FIX MY JAVA PROBLEM BUT NOT FIX YET, WILL BE IN MY GOAL TOMORROW AGAIN.

ITS REALLY DAY 2 BUT JUST FOUND OUT HOW TO DO IT. DAY 1 WAS GOOD. DID A BLOG, REFLECTIONS, IT WAS OVERWHELMING, A GOOD KICK IN THE BUTT...I WENT TO THE POOL 40 MINS AND ATE ACCORDING TO NO S DIET. I STARTED THAT AUG 13 2012 AND SO FAR IT WORKS. AND I STAY IN MY CALORIES RANGE. I JUST MOVED THE TIME I EAT. AROUND 10 AM, 2 OR 3PM AND 7 OR 8PM, BECAUSE I GO TO BED AROUND 2 AM, I HAD TO MAKE SURE I AM NOT HUNGRY AT NIGHT. I TOOK PICTURES OF MY MEALS, ILL FIND A WAY TO PUT THEM SOMEWHERE. IT WOULD HELP ME TO PUSH MYSELF TO MAKE HEALTHY MEALS. TODAY, ALREADY WALKED TO DO GROCERY, SWEATING LIKE A PIG. FOR ME ITS A GOOD WORKOUT. 40 MINS
