Hey all, like the look of all the posts. I am down to 279.8 WOW!!! I forgot how this felt, I put on my new 2X undies this AM,lol. Simple pleasures... Celebrated by going to david's tea. One thing I sure enjoy!!! Looking forward to my wedding weight... few more to go. The Dr, has suggested to try for 7 more days... so my p2 would be 47 days... I do suggest to any one thinking about this TO DO (HCG) WITH YOUR DR of your choosing. I check in 1x per week we discuss what is going on, my struggles... it is awesome! I just started maintenance after my 5th round of drops and I did have some issues the last couple times, particularly at the end. I'm going to do the 800 protocol next time also because I've been thinking, as I get closer to goal, I don't have as much to lose, and I'm also becoming more active, which may translate to insufficient fuel to keep my body and brain functioning properly at 500. Not sure that really is the case, but I'm testing it out next round. Let me know if the 800 cals makes a difference for you please? Good luck to you! ~Mary~

Thanks so much Joanne and Julia! I've been working hard at this since 7/26/12 and the success is so satisfying! Thank God for HCG. Good morning all! Julia, I feel for you and wish I could make a suggestion to help you kick it back into gear! Are you on the Facebook HCG page? Put it out there and see what they have to say. Lots of experience on that site. I'm finishing up my 5th round right now, been off the drops since yesterday. I did a 39 day round so I could be on P3 for Mother's Day. I really want to go out to eat that day! :) I've lost 22 pounds this round which is wonderful, any way I look at it! I wanted to lose 25 and I wanted to get under 200 this round, which I haven't so far, but we'll see what the scale says tomorrow, it might happen! I do not know when I last weighed anything with a "1" in front of it. Everybody, no matter where you currently are in your round, stay POP! And HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to all the moms out there! Mary

Hey all, hope u are all doing well. This mornings weigh in 284.4 Talked to the Dr and he wants me to go as long as I can maybe 43 days... It is hard keeping my head in the right place. planning my meals the rotation is hard/challenging. changing my language and head space is more of a adventure... Back down to my weight i was on Monday. I hope to have a REAL drop this weekend! Started April 1, 2013 VLCD1-----186.4 VLCD26----174.8 11.6 pounds I am loosing VERY slow to be POP. Very frustrating. I'm thinking I could probably do this on low carb and exercise. I am going to try to go to 40 days if I start seeing some scale movement. Good luck to everyone this weekend!

Good morning! Julia, it does feel good, I know I haven't been in this weight range in 30 years, so it's a major milestone! And 1.8 is a SUPER loss! I hate it when the scale holds out on me, but you were probably losing inches, even if only a little. How many days have yu been on this round? I'm on day 24 and have 16 to go. Congrats JOANNEATAUDRYS! 16 lbs. gone forever! What a great feeling. Have a super Tuesday everyone! My mantra: "Nobody but me." We have to do this for ourselves, no one else can! Good morning Julia and all my buddies! I'm doing great! Lost .6# since yesterday so I'm -116 as of today. Four more pounds (and a pinch) and I'll be in ONEderland! 17 more days till the end of this round and I'm hoping to lose another 9 pounds for a total of 25 for this round. Yesterday I received contact from a couple people who are feeling as desperate about their weight as I was back in July 2012. I've forwarded all the info and links I have to them. LOL, I think you have to be brave to attempt this protocol, but once you get your brain wrapped around it, it's far easier than I ever imagined. Or maybe that's just me... Spring is possibly here in central Wisconsin, no guarantees on that though. I'm looking forward to getting out to my flower beds and plant some apple trees in the meadow. I hope all of you are doing well and your clothes are getting baggier by the day. Stay POP! ~Mary~

Hi I got my Hcg today! YAY! Can't wait to get started. The past several days have been stressful and very tough. My boyfriend Pete has been in hospital. He is battling stage 4 colon cancer. He is a fighter and hanging in there! We just take a day at a time. But I have gained soooo much weight, about 50 lbs. in 8 months. I took a picture of us here in the hospital today and I looked horribly fat! I was not happy. I know I have not been taking care of myself, a lot of it is being a caregiver and just being depressed. I have to get back to my sexy sassy self. I want to fit in my skinny jeans again and start feeling better about myself. I did take a walk with my doggies yesterday. But each day is tough. Some days tears. Some days laughter. But if I promise myself I would do this for myself, but more so for Pete. He is such a fighter, and keeping strong on his battle for over 7 years with cancer and chemo. I know I want to be strong for him, so I have to get my rear in gear and start working out and get my weight down! I will probably mix tomorrow and start my 2 loading days this week. I will keep you posted! Any positive thoughts and prayers are appreciated! GOOD LUCK everyone and fight hard to keep going! Dont give up on your goals. We are all in this together! Also, I am from Texas but have so many Boston friends. I pray everyone is doing ok and if you have friends there too, I hope they are safe. Such a horrible tragedy. I hope everyone finds peace soon.

Thank you, Mary! I do log all my food in MyFatSecret on my Blackberry daily. I have been drinking 90-100oz daily of water. I did have a tiny drop in weight yesterday. Hopefully that will continue today. I had my TOM 2 weeks ago, but I did notice it seemed to come back slightly. I've never had twp TOM's in a month. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this while taking HCG??? I hope everyone has a great loss today! Much love to all.

Good morning ladies. I hope the day finds you healthy and strong! Yesterday I was contacted by two more friends requesting information about my success with HcG sublingual drops. I'm happy to spread the word! Julia, I hope your stall has cleared and you're losing again. Every body is different and has to work through the protocol individually. If you aren't already, record what you eat in the nutrition tracker here on SP so you can look at it critically to decide if you need to change what you're doing. I don't think your light exercise is the issue. Are you drinking your water? One more possibility is if your TOM is due, a lot of women experience a slow down or stop in their losses then. If you are continuing to stall I suggest you talk to the people on https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/216890408388905/ and get their ideas. Welcome and good luck SherBear! It's good to see a new face this morning. You've got a great attitude, you've got this girl! Nikki, the people I'm in contact with haven't seen any difference in the results of drops vs. injections. From what i have noticed the drops are not as effective as the medically prescribed shots. Perhaps that is the issue. Talk to your doctor about other options perhaps.

Do you eat the melba-type toast they allow? Because I've never eaten it, I can't recall the exact product name. But, I have heard some people can't eat it and lose. I can't tell you anything re: the brand drops you're taking. There are tons of different places/sites to buy them and I know a lot of people having success with different ones. However, do look at the label and check the ingredients. There should not be any alcohol in your drops and I've been told it there is, there's no HCG in it. Mary

Happy Sunday morning ladies! I'm on my way home from Wauwatosa, WI right now, through the the sleet. Yuck, this Wisconsin weather is killing me. I'm craving sunshine more than any food in the world. I haven't been on the scale yet today but I'm not concerned. We had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory last night. They ate their carbs and sweets. I had the Petite Grilled Steak w/fresh vegies and only ate half of them. LOL, however, I did eat the whole steak and it was probably 5 or 6oz. And delicious I might add. My feeling is the protein can't hurt me as much as the starches and sugars can. I hope everyone's week goes well. I'm looking forward to losing 25 lbs. this round and that will definitely take me down to "ONE-derland", a place I haven't been in probably 20 years. See you later! Mary

I did HCG years ago and lost alot of weight but fell back into bad habits and gained it all back. Decided to start up with it again because I know how well it works for me and I'd like to lose a high amount of weight.

Hi Mary! Thank you for all of the excellent tips! I do know about HCGhappyME! I don't use it much because I found this web and lowcarbfriends to be very helpful. I will give it a try again! I have mixed a few vegetables and didn't seem to stall, so that is good to hear from you too. I have not tried turkey, but I do use organic 96% fat free ground beef. I never cook with oils either. Usually just broil or bake my meat. I was down 1.4 today.  I hope it stays off tomorrow. So far that is 8 pounds in 11 days. I just hope I continue to loose like this. I've been so sad each year not to feel comfortable enough to wear a swimsuit on vacation....which is May 15th this year. You are doing unbelievable! Great job, Mary!!! Chat soon! :)

Julia, my first and second rounds I stuck tight to the protocol and didn't change a thing. But I didn't have any kind of HCG support system whatsoever, I was on my own, not to mentions quite desperate. After that I found the Facebook group: HCGhappyME. They're a very welcoming, knowledgeable group. There are some who've lost over 100# as I have and some with much less to lose. Some of it I ignore, some of what I've learned was extremely helpful! One of the things I've learned is you can add traditionally known low fat/low carb vegies and meats to it if your body tolerates them. So for instance, I eat ground turkey (3 oz), usually 94% fat free. (Ground turkey breast is even better.) I tried it out and found it didn't slow my loss so I knew it was all right for me. Some people can't have it, it slowed their loss down. Another thing I learned: check into canned pureed tomatoes. As long as there's no sugar in it, and you track the calories appropriately, you can use it too! One more thing I learned, most people do fine mixing their vegetables, so if you haven't, try that too. LOL, and as an example of how things are different for every person...I eat grapefruit every day and I lose BETTER! You just never know! Have a skinny day Julia! Mary

Yesterday was a great day for me, personally and diet-wise. I'm at my best friend's house and we've been catching up after not seeing each other for a long time. Also, she is prepping for bariatric surgery, so staying POP was no problem at all. Add to that a little walking exercise...oh wait, that was shopping! A good day in any case. I won't be getting on a scale, but I have no fear I've lost since yesterday. Sheila, I'm sorry to hear you have trouble with hunger on this program, that's not been an issue for me at all. I have occasionally been hungry, but it passes very quickly. What happens to me is I start getting cold, very cold sometimes. But evidently that's a sign of the fat coming off. I know it's due to the drops because I was off of them for two months and my system went back to it normal warm self. Good luck to you! Mary

Good morning HCG buddies! I hope everyone's rounds are going well. I'm on round 5 now. I haven't weighed mysellf yet today, but as of yesterday I was down a total of 104 pounds. I can't tell how much better I feel, not only physically but emotionally as well. I can go out and do things I haven't been able to enjoy in years and my confidence in myself is through the roof. As far as I'm concerned, HCG has saved my life. I still have a BIG chunk to lose, but I'm already working on that I know I'll succeed. I wish you all easy, successful rounds! Mary

Hi Sheila, this is the first time I've seen this message, I wish I had sooner! I started on HCG on July 26, 2012 and have lost 85 pounds since then. I just started my 4th round on the drops. I'll be on them for 40 days, then off till after Easter due to travel plans for most of March. I saw my doctor two weeks ago and she was ecstatic over my weight loss and particularly how much my blood pressure had dropped. I hope you've had success with HCG as I have. I have a ways to go yet, but finally know I have complete control of my diet and thus, my health. Good luck and good health to you! Mary
