It was a rough week...plenty stress, not as much exercising as I would have preferred, and a so so diet, but I survived!

Ok, so my goal is to lose 52lbs in 26wks (by the New Year).

I've done so well this week with tracking and my motivation has been so good over the last few weeks that I'm motivated to give myself this goal. Usually I don't make goals because I feel as though "I KNOW" I'm not going to make it. But I think this is it! My time is NOW!
