I was supposed to go for a long run today but got half way around the block and had to go to the bathroom even though I had just went. So I finished the block and came in. Then rather than head back out I figured I'd do some jump rope instead (feeling lazy). I did that for 5 minutes then got hot and just didn't want to keep going. So after a snack (yup I ate after that) I went upstairs to do some weights thinking the least I can do is my strength training. Well I lay down to do some crunches and felt like falling asleep.
Today it is JUST NOT HAPPENING. Hope tomorrow brings some energy
