My goal is 108#. I reached it for about three seconds back in 1964 and I've been bouncing like a beach ball since then: both me and my weight. Hahahaa. I have a long way to go but at least I have a great great support system which I never had before.

worked hard today. uploading stuff and transferring to flash drives. goofed (overwrote new with old) but was able to retrieve. don't like computer. walked briefly with young friend. hope to get on bike.

He's 90 so whereas usually the first 24 hours would be critical they've said it's the next 2 weeks, but he's making progress daily so just hope it continues.
Push wheelchair from car park to ward (take his wife to visit) - that's gotta count for something :)

everything counts, but.. .

forgot, on which day our week begins. i'll get on the bike now just in case. i think i'll lift some weights, too. I don't like the pressure of having to do it on the last day, but I brought it on myself. I take the liberty of extending the day till whenever I go to sleep that day. :)

yeah, everything's harder without enough sleep - hopefully one day soon xx

Nothing last couple of days, generally active with gardening, cleaning etc but not counting as exercise

glad you are ok.

:) ok will spend some time on me now. worked enough today. did walk both ways (in rain) and even refused offer of a ride home. yay me. I don't have time between when my alarm wakes me and I must leave to do anything. wish I went to sleep at night. someday....
will do lower, bike and gums.

Sorry! Yes ok, just a quiet day :)

Good news re mammogram, need to fit in looking after yourself - even more when busy xx

Got my 10 mins done first thing and then more later (no swim tho - hair coloured so need a few days before I swim - plan for Tues)

Only a couple of days left to get a yes on those gums :D
