good for walking and finishing the challenges' I walked further than intended today. went to local shop, there and back took about twenty minutes, reached home and realised I'd left my keys there. hid what I had purchased under the laundry basked on the patio and went back. hard going but at least wasn't carrying anything. pleased I coped but not planning on doing it again.

tried listening to huddleston tape [not surgery part] but didn't enjoy it.

neighbour came round. she doesn't like fruit but relative who lives in country brought her a large amount. gave me a huge bagful. it should be tasty being home grown and includes figs and kumquats which I never see at the supermarkets. just have to be careful I cook, freeze, etc. and don't waste any.

you were good to give away the candy and ladybird says we all need some treats

thanks. pretty good today.

good you are walking more. good sign and good for you. used stick only for ice. glad you don't need it, but keep it for safety.

turtle applauds your restraint. sympathies to ladybird. enjoy the good food.

glad you slept well. i did, too.

i finished both challenges. i missed some days and doubled up on some days. occassional good push/reminder.

hope it feels a lot better tomorrow..

wanted to clean fridge out as was going shopping today. walked miles round shopping centre but achieved a lot.

don't know whether it's a sign I'm improving but walked quite a long way down aisle at shopping centre chatting before I realised I'd left the stick in the last shop. I hate using it and am forever having people remind me to take it with me. thought it would be automatic by now but just can't get used to it. do/did you have a problem with it?

had the strongest temptation I can remember for quite a while to buy treats today and felt cheated when I got home because I didn't. it's only fading now it's evening. did stock up on lots of fruit, yoghourt and other yummy things.

slept better last night. beautiful weather at the moment. would be marvellous if we'd had the last of the really hot days and nights but feel it may be unlikely,

not terrible pain, at all. i'm concerned about small backslide andlack of progress. will give it another day or two and then decide about next week. today wasn't bad. i tried to talk less. wasn't max efficient.

don't consider talking to people as wasted time. you don't do that much of it.

i'd do eye exercises before laundry, but as you say, it's up to you. enjoy your clean fridge.

nothing stupendous to report. i'm tired and i haven't exercised yet. must get up early tomorrow. will try to do something gentle for a little.

sorry about your mouth. you are the only who can decide but, if the pain is very severe or you are really worried about it, don't wait to see doc.

I did. had my walk and later met friend for coffee. also bought wholemeal roll covered with seeds to bring home. it was after that life got out of hand. rang friend whose birthday it is today and she was in talkative mood but day could still have been saved. then saw neighbour, who is always talkative, so another 90 minutes gone. decided to check my mail and found bill for another neighbour with it. took it round to her and she wanted to chat too. ended up starting lunch about 3.30.

recyclable collection and garbage collection tomorrow so let myself get involved in checking use by dates on food and in fridge and cleaning it out. then I decided to cut up enough soft fruit to last me for a few days. by the time I'd cleaned up the kitchen it was news time and at 9 I decided I gave away the idea of meditating and doing eye exercises. still have to put the washing away but don't intend to do anything else this evening.

feel very tired now but I guess I talked to a lot of people and got my fridge organised.

make time for me time. it doesn't happen by itself.

glad he did stuff for you.

i cannot eat salad late and sleep well. must make the time to blend it earlier.

mouth not so welll. think i will take it easy and eat liquids today. doc says it's normal to still have stitches and pain after 4 weeks, but i should be improving daily. i fear i got a little worse. maybe i should go in today, but i'm waiting another week. have appt scheduled in 2 weeks.

must drink more.

thank you for the snowflake - very much appreciated but pity it didn't last long.
bit cooler this week in the mornings but heats up by afternoon.

busy day - class slightly better because she talked about Chile. next week she is talking about Barcelona - I was there a few years ago so it could be more interesting.

gardener rang to ask if he could come round within the next five minutes as he was in the area. fixed what he had bought for me but also changed light bulb in shed [way above my head] and watered so that's one job less for me. was still watering when physio turned up
so no dollar today.

hoping for a quiet day tomorrow to catch up on household chores and 'phone calls but would also like some me time.

unfortunately, you have to expect noise. we used to live in a block of flats many years ago and I still remember what it was like when new neighbours moved in so I sympathise.

good computer behaving.

and i also wish you a great March. yes, time flies faster every year.

issue with client rather than coworkers. coworkers agree with me, fortunately, but suggested a small compromise. nonetheless, complaints are unpleasant. fortunately i had email evidence to back me up.

discouraging, about shoulder. (my touchpad (which i do not use) is moving my cursor again.

i wear warm socks.

hope it cooled off. we have snow again. don't think i'm going o
ut today. tomorrow i must.

noise fixing downstairs all morning. was able to sleep late so i'm ok.

i'm bloated. maybe i do better without any bread. i've begun eating soft bread. just one slice per day.

true but was surprised to find it was march already when I woke up this morning.

good there's no risk but better to work without problems with co-workers.

glad you walked but are being cautious. feet must get very cold wearing just sneakers. did my walk too.

only partial success with the shoulder replacement, which is worrying. should know more later in the week when I talk to her husband again.

hope you are sleeping soundly by now. should be cooler tonight here, which is good.

i said "and next week" because by the time you read my post, part of your weekend was over.

enjoy organic blueberries. i don't like my frozen blueberries, either, but if i blend them with other stuff, they are ok. i haven't in a while.

had an issue with one person. other person intervened. don't know outcome yet. again, my job was not at risk at all.

sorry about your bad night. my husband had a bad night and kept me up. i slept most of the afternoon today. wonder what tonight will be like.

sorry about spark. hope it's then and not your computer.

took short walk in cold today, before my nap. i don't go off the block. avoiding ice. wearing sneakers on both feet. the surgical shoe was more comfortable.

tried organic berries today - so much more flavour than the frozen fruit I had been getting. think they were worth the extra.

I'm glad you're being able to sort out problems at work. even if they have problems too they wouldn't want to lose you

bad night so up very early and walked as soon as it was light.

seem to be having a lot of problems with spark at the moment. page sometimes freezes and have to re-start the computer or it posts messages before I've finished writing them.

you enjoy your weekend too. when you say "and next week" is it because you don't think you will be able to post?

you're doing well with exercise. i missed out on my walk again today through combination of circumstances. played scrabble this afternoon - enjoyed being somewhere else and seeing two of the people whom I would rarely see otherwise.

outcry about lack of, or misleading, information regarding origins of food. government has promised to tighten the rules on labelling. when i was re-organising fridge I discovered I had a pack of organic blueberries, which are from NZ. I'll see if I can find any more organic products. it will be more expensive but worth it if I can.

I agree that you were right and hope they have the sense to realise it.

glad your pain is a good sign, but sorry about suffering.

will regain confidence "slowly but surely"

also couldn't sleep. i think it's when i eat too late.

i assume you don't drink sweet stuff in heat.

didn't snow last night. today was lovely, but puddles. i managed to keep dry and safe.

today was ok. don't know outcome yet, and frankly, don't care. i still think i was right, but they can do what they want.

did 18 min with coach nicole.

finger very painful again. nurse came again today. said it is better to have pain, if only had throbbing and no pain would mean I had damaged the nerves.

physio came but said he doesn't expect me to use weights until finger healed. not sure whether I agree. would like me to try walking up and down without stick just outside but keep using it otherwise outdoors. find I've lost my confidence now so will have to work on getting it back.

have received cd but lady goes in for shoulder op on Friday so too late to offer it to her now. I will probably wait until the weekend to try it out.

glad you walked. only slept for two hours last night so too tired to walk early. it's a constant struggle but I don't seem to want to eat so much in hot weather

glad you coped with journey and that things are not so bad as you feared. if you only have to go in some days it will be easier.

class is disappointing - she isn't consistent and today ended up just giving us translations for all the different fruit and vegetables sold in the markets in Spain. I know that at least three people in the class are going to Spain later this year, there may be more, and it would be useful for them but I want to study the language itself. i'll keep going until the end of this term as I have the driver organised and it fits in with my other commitments. at least it gets me out and I meet different people. I might see if there is anything else I can do for the next term, even if it's just going to lectures, but I need to able to fit it round my other commitments and arrange for a driver. I should stop complaining and be grateful I can get out.

no chance of a walk today. finger still painful but nurse will change dressing again tomorrow.

i took car. husband helped me in and out over here. was completely cleared over there. appreciate your concern.
my job is not in danger.
situation not so bad. will have to take it from here as best i can.
glad you got to class. stay well.
hope your finger heals well.at least you got something out of the practice.
did a bunch of different exercises for my $
had to wait 1.5 hrs. for my car. found nut butter and baby jar of squash to keep me going. computer kept me busy. i'm almost ready for wednesday. must work on something else though. not going in tomorrow. also did my puzzles.

too liquid - want some solid pieces of fruit. no trouble swallowing. someone will take me shopping later in the week so will check out the supermarket, etc.

it's good you're doing what you can but I'm worried about you with the ice and snow. I didn't walk today but went to exercise class. got lift both ways but friend has cold. i'm pretty healthy apart from physical problems so shouldn't catch it..

nurse came and changed dressing on finger and will come back on wednesday. gave me some thin rubber gloves to wear when doing dirty jobs. showering with hand in plastic bag is easy for me as I had a lot of practice when I broke my wrist.

will be thinking of you tomorrow and hope you have a safe journey. i know jobs are hard to find but you have been a competent and loyal employee for many years. your health must come first at the moment and they should realise it.

try your best with food. what does "too mushy" mean? i hope you don't have trouble swallowing. it may not be as enjoyable.

thanks, ladybird. i went back to mush today. maybe i switched to soft food too soon.

turtle applauds ladybird for pushing on. the heat is a real downer.

i hate computers. sorry you are having trouble, again.

$122 slow walking partner came by and we walked up and down the block. corners are flooded. i'm nervous about the ice tomorrow. thanks, i intend to be careful. will take car for as much as i can, but there is still plenty of walking. one foot is still in surgical shoe. one in sneaker.

expect a little unpleasantness at work on wednesday. didn't enjoy preparing for it today. outcome shouldn't have consequences, but i don't look forward to the experience. can't give details, but wanted to tell you.

feeling unwarranted tiredness. trying not to nap. hope i can fall asleep early tonight to get up tomorrow for my first day back. expect it to be a challenge to integrate and catch up. somebody warned me today that i have a mess waiting. perhaps she should have helped out, if she wasn't pleased with what was done. she is sort of supervisor for one of my projects. will try not to overdo too soon. nobody is indispensable. i like to do what i can, but i must protect self now.

get someone to cut up apple once a fortnight but that's all. seem to need a different machine for every type of fruit. might have a look at baby fruit but it couldt be too mushy.

ladybird sympathises with you. sorry about mouth, hope it soon improves again.

good exercising. got up later than usual [very hot night] and was tempted not to walk today but ladybird said she would be ashamed to tell turtle so I went.

having one of my hate sessions with the internet. spent over an hour online with the webmail provider, told me I would now be able to get access to both my current mailboxes. tried this afternoon but was only letting me access one of them.

bad about fruit. awful! as always, hoping for best for you. take the time to cut fruit slowly. big nuisance but you are worth it!!! can you get someone to cut and store? not easy. how about a machine? i've blended fruit. also, i've been having jars of baby fruit and veggies. they don't have additives here these days.

wore sneaker and walked on snow to neighbors. had cake and fruit last night and today. i'm a little anxious about weighing myself on monday. withdrawing from ice cream isn't easy.

mouth a little worse. am eating soft food.

must go exercise to report to you tomorrow.

you are really making the most fantastic progress and are well on the way to recovery.
congratulations.

am being very good about gums - that is one of the things I can do.

finger itchy and a bit achy today but I don't have to worry about infection. unfortunately I can't bend it to hold weights so have dropped out of walkabout. think I may re-join the 10-minute exercise challenge.

could not get out early this morning to walk but needed to do errand. was wondering if I really could make it when neighbour offered me a lift. took me there, waited and brought me back. I was extremely grateful because it was so hot.

I usually have fruit and cereal for breakfast and have been using the same brand for years. however it has now been recalled as it is linked to an outbreak of hepatitis A. just have to remain positive. one good thing is that there is a full refund on any unused packets, which cost over $10. it was imported from china. now there seems to be no frozen fruit available. even the punnets of local fresh fruit. I suppose people are snapping them up. all I could get was a punnet of Australian blackberries and one of NZ blueberries. i' will just have to cut up fresh fruit, which I don't find easy. the joys of trying to be healthy!

glad you are more comfortable. sorry it cost you a fortune and pain.

i'm doing the challenge. nothing exciting. i'm also in realistic goals challenge. i do 2 days of each, each day. i had to track food today for fiber. did okay. i've begun my raisins again. i missed them. wouldn't be bad if i cut down.

$128. walked around block and walked with sansone. should start recording food next week and rewarding myself for calorie deficit.

orthopedist says one more week in surgical shoe, then sneaker for a month. no dancing for a few months.

have brushed my teeth a few times. need to get back into it. how are your gums? have you been treating each other well?

saw pharmacist, spent a fortune on padding, cream and tape but it's all bound up and feeling more comfortable. typing more difficult.

no walk today but sure I did more than ten minutes at shopping centre. scrabble later. how are you going with the walkabout challenge?

my scale hasn't been damaged by my ice cream and sedentary life. i'm curious to see blood test results but i don't think i can justify the cost.

it was and today it's blistered and very painful.

it's good news - you're really making progress now. expect turtle is disappointed about the ice cream.

if you can go back safely that's fine. at least you had an extra few days to recover.

it's almost becoming a habit now to walk before breakfast and at least I've done it for the day.

physio very pleased with me today. said I was holding myself better than I have for a long time and he could tell from the way I walked indoors that I was distributing the weight better. also said may not need an x-ray

I will go through the Spanish at the weekend. I have done most of it before but just forgotten it and it would not stimulate my brain to just keep doing everything the easy way.

that was dumb!!!!wrapping a burn makes it hurt less. sorry you couldn't sleep :(

i didn't sleep well either. tired. but worth it to get good report from surgeon. i'm healing. soft tissue should take another two weeks. i can eat soft food now (had enough practice with that when tube was put in) and brush my teeth. i am not buying any more ice cream. it was fun while it lasted. bone will take a while to grow "at my age".

i can go back on monday. will be a little pressured for a while. the two guys who took over were very nice about it, but they didn't quite do everything, as expected. good i didn't have a lot on my plate now, anyway. will get busier in march. hope i'm settled by then.

do you feel you can tell the spanish teacher how you feel? do you know how your classmates feel? maybe she'd be glad to slow down. glad you enjoy being out. you need people.

relieved. in any case you've taken on extra projects many times when they needed your assistance.

pleased that I have had no pain or stiffness after yesterday's class but carelessly poured boiling water over my finger because I was trying to do two things at once. extreme pain during the night which made sleeping difficult and am tired today,

just been to Spanish class. she's trying to teach us too many things at once instead of letting us absorb things. it makes is more difficult as her command of English is not good [she's from Barcelona] but I enjoy being with different people.

good. your heat is a bummer. keeps you from walking.

i would obey if he says no, and they would legally have to obey, too. anyway, it's been worked out. i do not plan to go in. i don't feel ready. hope i don't need to ask my boss for any favors in the near future. in any case, at my age, my health comes first.

will have to ask surgeon for prognosis.

walked a little more today. my foot still hurts.plan to see orthopedist on thursday.

did. had to walk there but got lift back. relieved as it would have been very difficult to walk back, especially as it was so hot. at least I got my walking in for ten minutes.

would be happier if you didn't have to. glad you're asking surgeon. what will you and they say {do] if he says no?

even hotter today but walked early.

it's your convalescent period so enjoy it. not worth risking - it would be too easy to have a fall at the moment.

exercise class tomorrow but no lifts lined up so will see how I feel then.

I did too.

rained heavily throughout the night and this morning so no need to do any watering. walked later but very humid.

visited friend this afternoon.

joined challenge. no problem with 10 slow minutes but not sure intensity of walking would rate it as cardio.

good news.

spent most of morning checking and copying info, posted it this afternoon. book club. we both need to socialise.

thunderstorm this afternoon, raining now but no idea what weather will be like tomorrow. at least there should be no need to water. have just been restricted to certain days and certain times according to the district we live it.

walked early again but already hot and humid

congratulations to you and turtle and I'm happy it makes you feel more positive. could walk slowly for ten minutes but depends on which exercises are included and if it is possible to modify if necessary.

will check out the challenge during the weekend. you too.

palate pain is very improved. surgery site still hurts but it likes the saltwater.

glad you are almost done.

walked again . began snowing. don't expect to stick nose out tomorrow. hope i can go to neighbor on saturday. not exercise, but socialize. $

challenge starts with 10 minutes. it takes me at least that long now to do the 6 min walk.
and 1 set of 10 reps of strength most of which i can do. turtle "shining her halo". i feel like a human. have a look.

realise your surgery was much more serious than his having teeth out. hope your rinsing is sufficient but what about pain?

good you walked and visited I had no chance of walking today. cleaner in the morning and trustee in the afternoon. all signed and witnessed, only one document to send to her now.

am intrigued that you joined the walkabout challenge. don't they expect you to walk a certain distance?

i was able to rinse a few times with saltwater and the rest with clear water.

i walked 6 minutes worth in much longer and stopped in by neighbor instead of returning her phone call. didn't talk on phone today.

i joined the walkabout challenge.

i took anesthetic shots to file teeth down for crowns. you're "worse" than me!

this wasn't just pulling teeth. wisdom tooth was buried very deep. cyst was all over. pain wasn't bad, considering how much he cut. will think about enabling salt. i can rinse with the periodex (medicine) and with plain water.the area may be less sore today. maybe i'll give it a day.

you had a full day. hope you were able to sleep comfortably after it.

you really have to schedule your day around the heat. what a nuisance.

you are a friendly person so there should be no problems.

main thing is you're moving. walked early again but still find it hard to do. met someone I'd never seen before who told me he had had his bottom teeth out yesterday and it hurt. I think you should do something about your mouth even if it means taking pain killers for a short time. I always refused an anaesthetic for dental work until the dentist refused to treat me while I was in so much pain [crown].

guess it was a productive day but hard on the shoulder, two food deliveries, which meant dividing food into meal-sized serves, sorting and carrying rubbish to outside bin, as I leave it until the evening before collection while it's so hot, the gardener came and I had to go round and show him what I wanted so by the time the physio came I was ready for a treatment.

sorry about company. friend came round but couldn't stay long because physio due.

no, i don't know who new neighbors are. may recognize them once i meet them. young couple. heard they were interested. don't know if landlord agreed.

i just walked outside about 6 minutes worth. not sure how long it took. slow. different from walking around house. still painful after almost 4 weeks. met 3 people. friend on phone told me how nice it is today. earned $.

at least there's something good about the heat. be careful taking in the wash.

enjoy the spanish class.

company couldn't make it. got two nice phone calls.

top of mouth (palate) on opposite side hurts. i cannot rinse with salt which i need to do to clean the wound. you know i can tolerate pain (i've taken no painkillers after the surgery) but this is intolerable. wonder if i should call doc. he's out of town this week.

glad I'm not having mental problems as well as physical ones! hope the new neighbours don't make too many alterations and make it noisy for you. as they live locally, you probably know them already.

the weather is not making it easy for either of us to walk outdoors. it doesn't take long to lose fitness but you have to take it gradually.

spanish class again today but hot, hot, hot!. the only plus is that it takes less than hour for washing to dry.

thank you soooo much for reminding me to move again. too icey to go out. just did leslie sansone walk. arms, hips, thighs tire so quickly and they were not even injured. i guess pushing buttons on blender doesn't count :) . $ earned. i wouldn't be able to return to life all of a sudden.

I'm lost. I thought your downstairs neighbours moved out some time ago. are these the new neighbours who moved in or am I just utterly confused?

do that. as long as it does not harm your foot. if it challenges us it can be anything. walked again this morning. yes, it's too hot during the day.

leader of exercise class said foot operation but I was told it was a medical procedure so could be starting classes earlier than expected. question then would be whether she would be ready before I can go or not.

we're still trying.

forgot about tape.

neighbors downstairs are moving out. did i tell you he was born on this block 25 years ago. today i went down to help his mother babysit the kids. i held the baby and gave him a bottle. pleasant. nice lady.
forgot about challenge. thanks for reminder. no desire to track food. maybe up to 10 min per day of exercise. i walked about 5 min today. i'll do another 5 min of strength and claim a $.

hard to know if the cd was helpful. don't know what I would have been like without it. i certainly had less pain than i expected. i hurt much more when he put the tube in. i expected this to be worse.

the 2 od us applaud the 2 of u 4 walking b4 breakfast!!! emoticon emoticon i guess you had to beat the heat.

glad you could walk and had visitors - I always enjoy them. turtle says as you no longer have your meditation tapes do you want to set something else as a challenge to earn some dollars until you are more mobile? walked before breakfast this morning. now that takes determination!.

forgot you must wait.

i look forward to nuts. that may be a while till no risk of broken jaw. shorter term i'd like to blend salads once the incision heals and food doesn't have to be so smooth so won't get stuck in wound. hope that will be by next visit, feb 17.
also hope watering has no effects.

haven't received mine yet. they said delivery would take 2-5 weeks.

good. enjoy your cottage cheese. what do you look forward to eating most when your mouth has healed?

guess they didn't feel it was necessary to say anything at the time.

did the watering this morning so hope I won't have any ill effects. hot spell starting again today.

you're wise not to get a smart 'phone if you don't need it. I wouldn't bother if I weren't on my own. my problems only partly fixed so now how to waste more time trying to get everything right. standard of service for everything seems to get worse.

lent meditation tape to mother of neighbor who is having hip replacement. what do you think of it? is it like what you usually do? remember, middle one doesn't have background sounds.

yes, hoping no more hospital for you.

mouth surgeon pleased with my progress. original situation was even worse than he anticipated. he claims gum not infected. he had to cut there, too. allowed to eat blended smooth food. just realized today i can blend cottage cheese. will have to think about more possibilities. turtle won't let me eat ice cream forever.

they gave me steroids. not yet clear why or why i wasn't told. explains why i felt so good second day and so tired (withdrawal) on third. they're out of me today and i'm ok. forgot to ask why i was so nauseous. did they refrain from giving me the anti-nausea medicine?

will have to get referral from doc for xray.

sympathise - I'm still hurting from yesterday.

had to insist on company employee 'phoning technical department for instructions as she didn't know how to fix smartphone. very reluctantly she did so now it is functioning as it should. I would have to rely on it if i had to go into hospital again - fingers crossed!

at least you are in the recovery stage for foot and mouth.

hope today is the worst day and surgeon can help tomorrow. are you still supposed to use meditation tape?

hope xray helps him figure out your leg. they claim digital very low dose. doc stays in room. i don't trust them.

doc said i'm healing ok. come back in 2 weeks. like your physio, he made it hurt even more.

don't understand laptop and smartphone. don't need to. what a nuisance, but also a convenience. i hear about so many aps.

. see surgeon tomorrow. should have been next week, but he's going away. i'm kind of glad to go early. surgical site not bad. gum in other place painful and bleeding.

all of me more tired today than yesterday. they say the third day is the worst. hope this it.

Podiatrist this morning and physio this afternoon [wants me to have another x-ray of leg] and in the meantime a friend came round and did some odd jobs for me, then we chatted for a long time.

hope all goes well with foot doc.

need to write a shopping list for tomorrow and disconnect laptop from external keyboard and monitor as I want to take it in to get some problems fixed on smartphone.

just turned on computer - pleasant surprise to know you're home. sounds as though it was a good result. maybe he didn't or it was very light. now you can concentrate on recovery.

been to u3a class. starting again for beginners but no alternative. found I had forgotten a lot so it will make me use my mind and I will meet more people. did not realise how awkward it would be to have to use stick. exhausted now so will lie down for a while.

i'm home. i'm O.K . still have to heal. the dangerous part was so dangerous that he didn't do it. no nerve damage and no plate in jaw.pulled another tooth and took out cyst. bone needs to to grow back. hope paet he left of wisdom tooth won't regrow cyst. guess i'll have to be vigilant.

was very nauseous. wonder if they gave me anti-nausea??

couldn't get any car service. got ride with other patient!

i have two bottles of antibiotics, waiting for call which one to take!!

need to make follow uo appts by some surgeon and foot doc.

sounds as if you are organised for food and meds now.

ladybird persuaded me to buy cd. could take from 2-5 weeks to arrive. am interested in physical relaxation and healing. had most of my meditation tapes for quite a while and get bored with them. have told her she will have to use dollars for any future purchases.

have sent off info to trustees but may not hear from them until Monday.

slept better than I expected and leg a bit easier but no chance of walking today. pity because the weather is good.

hope you are not developing another cold.

from what turtle says meditation cd not a good idea so ladybird says she and turtle now both have a free reward owing to them.

good luck with meds. will you be able to use blender or get someone to prepare your meals?

walked today but ended up in agony. don't know if i did something to upset leg when i was watering plants this morning.

trustees want more information - I'm sure a lot of it was in earlier will. have arranged with neighbour [who is also friend] to come over when we get to stage of needing witness to verify signature.

hospital says only doc can change errors in file. i hate to bother him, but i don't want them there. there's nobody in the office anyway.

eating and sedentary, but not gaining. hope i'm not losing muscle, but i must be. need to do more resistance stuff carefully..

checked out frog today but not suitable. can get your med cd from company which doesn't charge for shipping and handling. would have to wait a while for arrival ladybird says would turtle let her have that as reward instead.

no, it doesn't. feeling beaten up after physio treatment - he's set me dumbbell exercises to do. wants me to try not to hang onto furniture or use stick indoors but to use it outside.

walked outdoors but not easy.

yes, affirmations. they want me to pin a paper to my hospital gown so maybe nurse or anesthesiologist will say them. have to decide and write them up.

does stick have strap for wrist? friend suggested i get one with 4 feet so it'll stand at my side.

chuckle, glad you're happy.

earned $ yesterday. have to listen again tonight before bed. bought cd player for $17. small and works on batteries. plan to take along.

wonder what doc wants to say to say. positive affirmations?

wise to check everything. I've found so many mistakes in the past.

am using stick but driver had to remind me to not leave it in shops last week. even neurologist had to tell me to take it with me yesterday.

he says showing no sign of myasthenia so no need for cortisone at present. also said have more eye movement. incentive to continue exercises. negative part is still have double vision and may always have to close one eye to read. next visit in july. one happy lady!

exhausted when I got back yesterday and just crashed out on bed so no dollar.

msg 2 . head nurse in docs office never heard of the cd and says he won't cooperate. they want him to make some statements to me while i'm knocked out.

you definitely can! what is the name of the meditation dvd? I'm always interested in new meditation programs and maybe when ladybird has earned a few more dollars we might treat ourselves.

disappointing appointment has been postponed. I expect you just want to get it over now. I have appointment with neurologist this afternoon. don't know what the outcome will be. I know what I don't want but have no alternative suggestion.

thanks to ladybird. i should make it relaxation dvd that hospital gave me to do twice a day. i suppose it won't hurt to do that longer. maybe it'll become a habit. can i claim $ for yesterday? $129.

glad cooler and slept.

been postponed till monday. meanwhile i haven't taken supplements since thursday cause they said to stop a week before. i'll take today and tomorrow and stop again.

if you do what you have been advised to, it should. ladybird says can you adjust your challenge to earn some dollars while you can't walk. we went slightly further today. leg is being pretty good trecently but breathing shows no sign of improving. i know I need the stick at the moment but am afraid of becoming dependent on it. much cooler last night so slept better.
