'Keep it Simple' It really is VERY simple.
1.Find out exactly how many cals are recommended by Spark for you to lose weight.
2.Keep within that cal. limit.
3.Track your food daily. healthy food is low in cals
and you can eat very well on it. Give up junk food until you lose your weight, you dont need it.
4. Drink your water.
5. Exercise, if you cannot get to the Gym, WALK for 30min every day, even if its ten minutes at a time.
Result: Weight loss.
