Day 116. Did something different today by taking the Phentermine at 9 a.m. (I can certainly feel it.) So, have only had lemon water. I've been around 161# for to long now, and I want to break on down into the 150s/140s. Going to start going to bed at 9PM and change my routine.

Day 109 Oh, My, how tired I am today and my psoriasis flared up on me, so I know it was all from that junk food (chips, dip, hot dogs, etc) at the party. NO MORE. I've been eating "clean" all this time on the diet and it is amazing to see what happens when I went back to the junk food.

Day 95 Learning so much from the lectures of Jason Fung M.D. on Insulin Resistance. He says when people have gastric bypass surgery, they are really on a "fast" and thus they can reverse Type 2 diabetes because of it as they see a large weight loss. I've seen news reports that people who have the surgery then don't have Type 2 diabetes and I didn't understand why. He explains this in his lectures. Thus we can change our Insulin Resistance as well.

I'm back down to the lowest weight I was in 2010, so from here on out I'll be losing REAL new pounds. I should have gotten the Phentermine back in 2010 and kept the weight off with the help of the doctor, but the doctors I called back then wanted $500 worth of blood work before they'd see me. I didn't have that much money at all then.
