Stephanie - this is so difficult!

I work most of the time with food in one way or another, and staff meals are so difficult to resist.

It helps me to make sure that I'm tracking food on sparks - even when I eat at work, and then to prioritize - I don't want to say never, but sometimes it means tradeoffs - 5 healthy days, for one moderate splurge - or tiny amounts of splurge each day - but never both.
