Congrats on the weight you have lost. I'm starting me a weight loss journal too. Just hang in there losing weight is a har thing to do. I have tried it so many times before. If I had a dollar everytime I tried to lose weight I could retire lol. Looks like you are doing everything right. Just watch out for the weight loss pills they could be dangerous. I understand your pain. I work out all day and eat the right meals and steal gain weight...I just cant seem to lose weight

Don't worry, it will come off. Make sure you eat ENOUGH calories so you don't slow down your metabolism. Sometimes we get carried away with trying to get the scale to move and forget how our bodies work. You can do it :)

I am on day 3 and have been able to see that I can do this! I was a bit out of whack yesterday, but I worked towards my goals and nothing was so bad that I felt like it was hopeless.
That's good news! I am still working toward the goals for this day, and that's all I have to do today!

It takes time to figure it all out and sometimes when I think I've got it, I still mess up. It's crazy right because I've been on this journey since May but we have to remember that if it was easy, we wouldn't need SP!
I think this Monday like many of the past Mondays I too am starting over. We'll get it together eventually. Until then.. keep smiling and working hard :)
