I recently brought some new dvd:
1. The biggest loser 30 day Jump Start came with a mini cookbook.
2. The biggest loser weight loss Yoga
3. Leslie Sansone 3 mile slim & sleek walk and pilates for abs.
4. Bob Green total body makeover Express workout w/ nutrition ideas.
5. simple yoga came with booklet of demonstrations of poses.

Note: I have yet to come across yoga for TRUE BEGINNERS the biggest Loser is not for beginners who have no idea of how to do poses or how yoga works. I hope that the other yoga dvd is easier for me. But I will not give up on the biggest loser dvd. I will watch the dvd a couple times then try the poses.

I like this idea, great motivation for yourselves and others to be able to hold yourself accountable for the exercise you do each month...rather than just ignoring the fact that you did, or didn't do something the day before.
