I need a kick in pants for both now. I used to find exercise easy but these days oh it is such a chore. Call me a flip flopper. I have decided to rejoin BLC. I am afraid of gaining weight and I need the accountability and support. Hey what can i say I am used to having a group of people via net. Other than that I am a loner exerciser. I have changed up my exercises and routine renewed. So I got rid of exercise that were too hard for me and I did not enjoy; I am thinking about doing juicing...I wish I could fast juice but with all the health challenges I have that would be next to impossible. But I can replace or substitute juicing with some meals or snacks.

I am so sorry girl. I have fell into the no exercise trap. I am not participating in the BLC this upcoming round. I am burned out from it. Hopefully I can find my mojo the first of the new year. I am still her just not exercising....I should push but I am tired for now.
