Hi new friend I can say since aunt flo has left. I do not ha3e to deal with the hormones per sa of her coming back. My weight loss has been better. I am currently doing the BLC Biggest loser challenge and that is a big help. It keep my going forward. I do deal with emotional eating thur and when it is bad it is bad. I am agreeing to kick its butt! emoticon emoticon

June is gong to be awesome. I am older now...menopause is not going to kick my but. I used to loose 3 pounds a week when dieting..... now I am lucky to loose .5 pounds a week. Anyone else having these issues.
