my weight is staying steady -- I weigh 5 pounds less than when I got married 8 years ago -- not bad but I still have a long way to go!! I exercise 4-6 times a week

okay time to get back into posting what exercising I have been doing. I have lost a few pounds by once and for all not eating after dinner. my foot is better but I still need some good walking shoes. after dinner treat I allow myself honey vanilla chamomile tea with cinnamon stick. The taste of cinnamon I love. I take my nighly melatonin and vitamin E and it is off to bed. I do not stay up past usually 11:30 on the weekend I may stay up until 12:30 a tv hog I am for my fav shows. then it is off to bed.

I feel that way about weight watchers. I am not losing but I still weigh less than when I got married -- not by much. but it helps motivate me

I am sorry girl. I not only fell off the wagon but the wagon ran me over. I am back with BLC and that has me moving again. I do better within a group on the net. and probably without the net. It has not always been that way but it is now....go figure
