Hi cookie. Gwynnie and I haved teamed up to help each other exercise. I have been on the BLC for about two months. My plan is to exercsie 6 days a week. I am lead to exercise by how I feel. If I feel strong then I exercise more that day. But I have learned that I can push without breaking. Got some health challenge but nothing my faith can not handle. You can make your own exercise journal up on your own thread or exercise with us. emoticon

4 biking 32 mins, dancing 8 minutes and strengthening.
5. 20 min bike, 20 min pilates, WATP 35 min, and strengthening 20 min. WHEW!
6. 30 min biking. 30 min aerobics
7. WALKING 35 MIN. SRENGTHENING.
8. head cold.
