I recently brought some new dvd: 1. The biggest loser 30 day Jump Start came with a mini cookbook. 2. The biggest loser weight loss Yoga 3. Leslie Sansone 3 mile slim & sleek walk and pilates for abs. 4. Bob Green total body makeover Express workout w/ nutrition ideas. 5. simple yoga came with booklet of demonstrations of poses.
Note: I have yet to come across yoga for TRUE BEGINNERS the biggest Loser is not for beginners who have no idea of how to do poses or how yoga works. I hope that the other yoga dvd is easier for me. But I will not give up on the biggest loser dvd. I will watch the dvd a couple times then try the poses.
