still in the middle of a life changing event but I am leaning onto my faith. God did tell me he would never leave me or forsake me. He can not lie but spouses sure do. It is for the best and I am growing toward healing slowing as this process is not over yet.

I have been at a plateau now for about 7 weeks, but hoping to break through soon. I will never give up or quit because I want to be healthy for the remainder of my life. I may change up and try the Keto Diet, and I think I could lose on it, but not sure if I can do it to stay in ketosis, so that is why I am still thinking about it. I may dedicate a month to it and see what happens if I can break this plateau.

okay time to get back into posting what exercising I have been doing. I have lost a few pounds by once and for all not eating after dinner. my foot is better but I still need some good walking shoes. after dinner treat I allow myself honey vanilla chamomile tea with cinnamon stick. The taste of cinnamon I love. I take my nighly melatonin and vitamin E and it is off to bed. I do not stay up past usually 11:30 on the weekend I may stay up until 12:30 a tv hog I am for my fav shows. then it is off to bed.
