Oh Danni, that sounds awful. I hope you are able to make it to the doctor!!

Thinking about you Lynne! I hope you get good news!

I am doing ok. Mom has been home for a week today. Playing nurse is not easy but I am happy to just be spending time with her. I have finished 8 days of P90X. Eating has been difficult due to all the good snacks in my parents house.

Hey all! Miss you so much. Can't seem to get a groove for Sparking like I used to - Just glad I haven't given up:)

Hubby had plastic surgery done 1/29 to remove the bags under his eyes (they were horrible - one of the worst cases the doc had seen) All went well until Sunday and the disolvable stitches under his right eye gave way and he has a gap/ravine under his eye. May have to go to doc today and it is a blizzard again.

Ate like a pig at our SuperBowl/Fantasy Football party we hosted. Gonna have to work really hard this week:)

Keep on plugging on girls - we can do this!

WooHoo!!! Welcome back Stacy. I have thought about you often. Sounds like your pregnancy was wonderful.

Anne, I hope you & I can keep up with the workouts. I really, really wanna be a P90 grad cuz I want some of INSANITY. Even DH has missed the intense workouts. We can workout in our garage - LOTS of room! Packed my knee with ice as soon as Plyometrics was done. As I detox from the sugar, my head is splitting. Sorry to hear that your mom had to go back to the hospital. I pray she comes home SOON!

Stacy, it is so good to see you!! Congrats on your little girl!!! And good for you for already thinking about exercise!!

Lynne, I am starting P90X today! I'm scared.

Well...had a little setback with mom. She went back into the hospital last Wednesday due to a really low heart rate. Basically she was just over medicated. Doing much better now and might even get to come home today!

I weighed this morning. Almost fell off the scale after seeing 149. Whoa. Getting back to everything today. Fitness and nutrition. I have too.

Hope you all are doing well. Check in if you can. I am going to need help getting this Holiday\Hospital weight off!

HI LADIES!!!! Looks like you are all still rockin!!! Great job to all of you!!! :)

As you may remember, I was pregnant. I had an adorable baby girl on January 5th. It was a good pregnancy and an easy delivery. She is such a doll baby and my son is adjusting well.

I will admit that I did not work out at all during my pregnancy as I had planned, although I did eat ok. I gained exactly the recommended 35lbs. Last time, I gained 70, so this was definitely an improvement. LOL!

My little girl is now 3 1/2 weeks old and I only have 12 more pounds to lose before I am at my pregnancy weight! Woo-hoo!!! I am breastfeeding and this is definately helping with calorie burn.

I plan to get back to working out as soon as I get the doc to ok it. There is a 5k in April and I have ran it every year for the past three years, so I am determined to run it again this year. SO, I really need to start getting my butt into shape!! :)

I am so proud of everyone!!!! I will be back in touch as I work to set my new goals (which will include daily spark check-ins!)

Hi Anne - grateful to hear this ordeal is behind you. Take care as you make the adjustment back to your life. I started back with P90X today with Ab Ripper X, Chest & Back. I see the doc in a couple of weeks for my knee and I am beginning my sugar fast tomorrow.

Anne, sorry about your mom and so very thankful about her recovery! God is good! Don't fret the gain - we belive in you and know you will work it off.

I don't think I will do my weigh in tomorrow - I have been off work this week as Becki is home for our family Christmas. (She is 8 weeks pregnant again - we know it will be a successful pregnancy - she isn't planning to post on her page or anything as of yet - wants to wait a bit. Said to tell all of you about it, tell you "Hi" and to appologize for being MIA - she misses you too!)

Hey Buddies.

Just wanted to let you all know why I haven't been around bugging you. On January 1st my mom had an aortic aneurysm and a mild heart attack. The doctors didn't discover the aneurysm until the 2nd, after which they promptly flew her to Louisville to be operated on. Typically when a aortic aneurysm bursts the person dies fairly quickly but because of her bypass surgery in 2005, the scar tissue and bypasses contained the blood. Basically we are thankful that she is still with us. She has a long recovery ahead but looks better each day and is even able to write us notes now.

I have been staying in Louisville all but 2 nights since this happened. Needless to say lots of eating and zero exercise. Weighed in this morning at 146.8. Like whoa. This is officially the heaviest I have ever been. Nothing fits so I am not too surprised. Starting today I am going to make smarter choices with my eating and track if I can.

I've just plain gotten "Spark" lazy. I haven't been losing or gaining really (up and down the same 2-3 lbs) I just can't find something to make me get serious. I did buy the Biggest Loser workout for Wii and was doing that with Curves. I am on vacation this week (Becki is home for Christmas) so I will not be working out like I was. However, my hubby is on a good kick and hopefully he can help me stay the course once I am home.

I hope all of you are finding your MOJO and feeling renewed for the new year!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Holiday Season!

I have been HORRIBLE lately.

Tons of food + Zero Exercise = Me scared to get on the scale.

It is not going to be pretty. Nothing fits. I am going to visit friends for NYE and I have nothing to wear. Awesome.

But.

I am just going to soak it all up. All of this negative stuff is just feeding my motivation. Come January 3rd, I'll be back. Full force. You buddies better be ready and I hope you're coming with me.

Hehe. I think I have had to much coffee and sugar this morning.

OMG Steph!!! Congrats!!!!!!!!! That is so awesome and your ring is B-E-A-Utiful!!!! Can't wait to hear all the planning details!

Yeah...I like the idea of staying strong through the holidays but I am failing at every attempt. Also went off my birth control (don't worry no babies anytime soon) which I have been on for over 13 years so I'm not sure how my body is going to react. Hopefully I'll magically drop 10 lbs. Haha. Anyway, my holiday plan is just going to involve making smarter decisions like have 1 cookie not 10.

Just in case I don't get on here before Christmas....I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!!!!!

Hey Everyone!

Sorry to be MIA for the past week or so. It's pretty much because I wasn't doing so well. That just means I need to check in more often. I have not weighed myself recently because I am scared to. I've done pretty well yesterday and today so maybe over the weekend I will give the scale a shot and see where I'm at. I'm not giving up!

Well, I have some super exciting news to share! I'm getting married!!!! My boyfriend proposed to me last Thursday the 3rd and I couldn't have been more surprised! It was wonderful and I still can't believe that I'm actually getting married.

Hi Buddies! Wish I were better with the posting and I apologize because I do not expect it to improve this month.

Anne, I am OFF more than ON............I have adjusted my workouts so I am only working upper body. I did manage one elliptical workout without any damage. I am trying to accomplish my weight loss through clean eating. I've been a bad girl these past few weeks.

Stepha, love your new photo. Hang on sweetie, I imagine that the move to such a large place is plenty stressful.

Robin, Anne is correct.........it will come. You have done it before because you did not quit.

Danni, like you, I am not very sparky. What are you adding to your Curves?

I would really like to see my family this Christmas, but we plan to move while Josh is on break. The holidays are always so hard because I feel so isolated. My guys love me, but I miss loved ones. Maybe the move will distract me enough since there is so much to pack. We haven't found a new place yet, but gave our 60 day move out notice last month.

I go back to the doctor next month and my goal is to be under 150 on her scales. Hopefully, I can get answers for my knees.

I'll try to pop in again soon.

Sorry to hear that Robin!!!!! Don't get discouraged though. You have lost weight before and you know what to do. It will work, just give it time! Does your scale measure body fat? If it does you should keep track of how much body fat you lose. That might help keep you motivated. For example, I lost 1.6 lbs last week but lost 2.5 lbs of body fat according to my scale. Not sure how accurate it is but I'll take it!

Steph, congrats on signing up for the half! That will be awesome motivation to keep moving!

I am still doing well with my goals. Did miss making a deficit on Saturday because I didn't do any official exercise. However I did spend the day cleaning and helping my parents bring down Christmas decorations from the attic.

I found a stray dog last Tuesday and brought her home. No luck finding her home yet, hopefully we can find her a new home soon! She is keeping me quite busy!

How depressing. I think I just need to go back to sleep :( I did everything right and worked out super hard all week. My calorie deficit predicted a 2 lb weight loss and instead I gained .2 pounds. WHAT??? UGH. I am going to get a good night's sleep and try again tomorrow and hope it is just something that is off.

The worst part is my measurements were not down either. That is INSANE and so frustrating/de-motivating. Especially because I have to go out of town for two weeks and I thought last week was my time to make a huge difference. I worked out almost 2 hours every day and did not cheat on food, not even a nibble!

Things are going pretty well. I tracked my calories for a couple days just for the hell of it. I'm also trying not to weigh myself every day, but I am going to weigh in tomorrow for the record.

I went to a Team in Training information session last night and I signed up for the NYC Half Marathon in March! I am soooo excited! It will be my first half and the NYC one is extremely hard to get into, but I am guaranteed entry because I am doing it through a charity.

Team in Training is an organization that supports all different kinds of blood cancers and I would really really appreciate it if you or anyone you knew could make a donation to my fund. It would be very helpful and you know it would be going to a good foundation.

They have Yoga classes at my LA Fitness. I think I will try it out, thanks!

I am doing really well on my December goals. I went to the gym this morning for an extra workout, and I'm headed back tonight for weights! I just hope I can keep the momentum up. Next Wednesday starts a travel schedule of 3 cities in 14 days and I will only be home in my own bed one night :( It's gonna be rough, but I think I can stay focused. I hope so. Very scared.

So how is everyone doing with their December goals?

I think I am going to make mine...

1. Stick with P90X.
2. Create a daily deficit.
3. Drink at least 8 cups of water.

So far...so good!

Robin, I used to do yoga 3x a week. I did it MWF during lunch at my old work. Boy do I miss having that opportunity. I personally think yoga is a good way to tone up and release stress at the same time. If you can go to a class for free, I say try it out. The only thing is don't let the instructor ruin the class for you. Sometimes it is hard to find an instructor you gel with. Maybe just start with one class a week and then build up if you find you enjoy it. If you want to go the video route, I must say I do like the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga, but that might be because I have a HUGE crush on Bob. Either way...Good luck! Let me know how it goes!

I used to weigh in every day, but I've been less stressed and less confused now that I weigh in only once a week. I figure if I do what it takes I shouldn't worry about the daily weight. Now I gotta just do the right stuff :)

Anne - you do a lot of Yoga right? Do you think it is better for burning calories, building muscle, stress release??? The guy I am in my 10 week competition is doing Yoga - a lot - and I'm getting nervous. Maybe I should try it out. He got in the class to meet girls, lol, and now he loves it. I just don't want to give him an upper hand in any way, but I've never done yoga. Right now I am lifting weights and burning lots of calories with cardio. Where should I try to fit it in? I know that was a lot of questions. Any advice would be helpful really.

I've been thinking a lot about my goals these past two days and I would like to keep them simple and manageable.

-Exercise 5 days a week
-Drink more water

I've been really slacking in the water department, so I'm going to make sure I drink 6-8 glasses a day.

I'm also going to weigh in twice a week, once on Friday and another time on Monday. I need to know how I do during the week and then over the weekend.

December Challenge amongst ourselves? Maybe we should each set one goal for December and work towards it? It's nice to have us all sparking again :) Let's use it to our advantage.

Mine would be to exercise 5 times a week every week in December. More if I can, but if I get in 5 a week I just know I will be in a great place.

Week 1 results doing calorie deficit came out very close to the mark. I'm going to put my all into a 7,000 calorie deficit this week and see if I can lose 2 pounds. If I stay around 1350 cals a day for diet I have to burn about 700 cals a day at the gym. Totally doable if I stay focused and make time for myself. Here we go!

Total Deficit: (4530)
Expected Weight Lost: 1.3 lbs (4530/3500=1.3)
Actual Weight Lost: 1.2 lbs

Anne - I'm glad to have everyone back too, and just in time to help each other through the holidays.

Stepha - vent away. that's what we are here for! It sounds like your head is in the right place about health but the stress is overwhelming. I know it must be really competitive in NY especially in a creative field! I hope a great job comes a long for you soon... a paying one!!

We always draw names for Christmas gifts with our extended family but this year we are doing it internally too for my husband's family and it is a huge relief to be able to focus more on Christmas and family than presents.

I can't believe I didn't even go shopping on black friday!

My Thanksgiving was good, it was really nice to go home and see family! I ate a lot of over the break, but I did work out 3 out of the 5 days. It was so nice to run in New Hampshire again! : )

Overall though, I am not doing well. I have been struggling with stress and I can't seem to get through it. I have no motivation in the morning and by the end of the day I feel guilty for either not working out or for things that I consumed. Ugh!

I am also stressed about every day things and it is starting to eat away at me. Christmas this year does not sound exciting to me. This is the first year it has actually stressed me out. I absolutely LOVE giving people gifts and I just won't be able to afford it this year.

I've been doing a little bit of work in New York, it's been on again off again. In the film industry you usually have to do some free work to get your foot in the door before you can actually 'make it'. I've been doing a lot of free work and a few paid gigs, but not enough to have any extra money. I can basically pay my bills by the skin of my teeth.

I just hate when my life feels like a mess, I don't have control over anything right now and it is driving me crazy. I need to find some strength and motivation to make it through this.

I weighed in at 127 this morning, ugh! It really isn't even about the weight so much, it's about the way my body feels and it isn't good.

Sorry for the negative post, but really I needed to get it all out so I can start new and refreshed. I am planning on doing an intense workout video today and creating a plan of attack for every area of my life!

Morning Buddies! How was everyone's Thanksgiving?

I had a great Holiday break. Visited with family, worked on the house and spent an entire day in my pjs! Love it!

Started P90X again yesterday and tracked my intake. Feels so good!

Robin, it sounds like you are cranking out the workouts! Keep it up!

Lynne, you take care of that knee!! Rest until it feels better and I would say rest at least another week after that! After seeing my mom go through a knee replacement, I feel very strongly about taking care of ones knees!

I did watch BL! It was good, and I love seeing follow ups like that. A lot of people are really staying on track.

Well, I caved a little on Thanksgiving - had a few bites of some of the baked dishes and a few glasses of wine (serious family peer pressure, wth), but whatever damage I did I more than made up for at the gym. I worked out every day this week for at least an hour and a half and Friday we went to Disney Land too and walked around all day which surely burned a few extra calories. I'm feeling really amazing at the end of the week. It's crazy how soon you can start to feel changes if you are dedicated and push hard. Amazing. And encouraging!

Gobble, gobble. How on earth can it be Thanksgiving already? I am thrilled to see the buddies back - thanks Anne for the heads up.

I have been unable to exercise for a third week. Dunno what I did, but my knee is swollen and hurts when I do anything beyond walk. I thought it was hurting due to non-activity. At least my hip flexor injury is gone. DH forbids me from any exercise, but I am thinking of trying the elliptical.

SO! I am being a fiend about my nutrition, except today - which I earned and will get back on plan tomorrow. I forbid myself from "playing" (ie - quilting, surfing, etc) if I did not meet my nutrition goal the day before. It is working - down 5# for November. I may get a short-term gym membership for Christmas which will give me more options. No treadmill for me for a while.

Anne, I would love to start with you again - but I am limited. I tried to do legs/back on Tuesday, skipped all lunges and most squats. I know I am getting stronger. Still can't do pullups, yet I try with every workout. How does your back feel?

Stepha, glad to hear that you are settled in NYC. Was it a hard move?

Robin, did you watch BL last night where they revisited previous contestants? Even tho I have not watched the past two seasons, I enjoyed that episode.

Becki, I am blessed that my DH does everything he can to help me. (We won't discuss the banana pudding he made for me for today) He is my workout partner most days.

Danni, how are you liking Curves? Is it an in & out kind of facility? That is what I like about P90X - once the dvd is over - so is my workout.

Samantha, thanks for posting on my page. I have missed you for so many months!

That is "it" from the south. (anyone further south than me?). Our weather is gorgeous and I envy all the little runners that are e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e!!!!!

Lynne, how is your knee doing???? You wanna start back up with me on Sunday and commit to making it through Phase 1? You might want to try Lean especially since your knee is bothering you.

I started P90X a little while ago but had to stop after 3 weeks due to a preexisting back issue flare up. Plan on starting again on Sunday, this time being more proactive with my chiropractic visits. Since stopping about 2 weeks ago, I have done nothing but eat. No working out. Not even a walk. So bad. And boy are my pants tight. Greeeaaat.

Plan for Turkey day is to not overeat. Shouldn't be too difficult since I am not huge fan of Thanksgiving food besides the mashed potatoes.

I'm in for that challenge too! I'm getting so nervous. I always overeat at Thanksgiving. This year I feel like it will be a little easier because we are staying in LA and joining our friend's family for Tday. When it is not my family cooking I don't feel as guilty turning down food.

Here are my tday goals:
Fill up on lean turkey with no skin, no gravy.
Bring my own plain sweet potato.
Skip mashed pots, all baked dishes, and desserts.
Have a half slice of cheesecake (because it is the one thing I am bringing and its my Grandmother's recipe) and leave all leftovers at their house.
No alcohol!

Pretty strict, huh?? Well, gotta aim high. Can't wait to see how I do. I am soooooooo competitive and my friend I am doing the fitness competition (Joey) is going to be there so it will give me a lot of motivation if he is eating everything in sight and I am not, HAHAHA!

Hi Buddies! Sounds like we're all trying to get our butts back in gear. I think we're all pretty good on the exercise front and its the eating that is causing the most trouble. I'm finally back in the gym and really enjoying those work outs. Last week was the first week in a very long time that ate really well. Today was my weigh in and measurements day and I was pleased to see 2 pounds gone and a few little changes in measurements. I'm trying not to get discouraged about this being Thanksgiving week because I want to continue to do well with my eating.
I haven't posted my weight tracker but maybe I should do that again. I was 133.5 this morning and ultimately I would like to get down to 128.

Lets challenge ourselves this Thanksgiving to NOT "stuff" ourselves and keep to only one serving of each item. Can anyone join me on the challenge?

I have recently joined Curves hoping this will give me accountability. So far I have attended 6 times in the last 2 weeks and enjoy it. I haven't found it to motivate me in watching what goes in my mouth, but at least I am getting some strength training in.

I'm in New York now and everything is great! Except my weight, well it's actually not terrible, but I do need to change some things up.

I know what you mean, you gotta have the support at home with whoever you are eating with or it is so easy to just cave and eat the fun stuff!

So far, so good this week. I went out of town and still lost weight.

My period was 12 days late this month. Really thought we might be pregnant, but my blood test from the doctor just came back negative. I can't believe I have been irregular for nearly two years after going off the pill. Makes me think I will never get on it again! But, seems like it is going to all work out because we have a lot of plans and trips already in the works this year that are not pregnancy-friendly anyway. Maybe 2010 will be our year, Becki.

But I would need my husband to get on board with it too because he is such a bad influence on me! Haha. I'm still fluffy and need to get serious about my eating! Hi Buddies! Thank you all for your well wishes and prayers. I am definitely healing and time with my family seemed to speed it up some. I'm surprised how easy it can be to cry sometimes but I am doing so much better. Like Danni said, we ate poorly but had so much fun! I'm ready to start over. I'm not sure where my weight is now because I've been too scared to weigh all week. I will weigh and take measurements this weekend and pay more attention to measurements going forward. But I have got to get this eating under control! I'm getting back to my running although I'm way slower than I used to be and I have to take more walk breaks. But I haven't lost my desire to work out so at least I have that. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! emoticon

So, I just talked with Becki and she has given me permission to share with you.

On September 18, 2009 Becki was at 14 weeks and she had a miscarriage. She is very devastated, but God is with her and her husband is extraordinary. Our mom was able to be with her 9/19 pm-9/22 am. She is a strong young woman with a solid Faith in Christ and she will overcome.

She isn't up to discussing it with everyone and would actually prefer not to at this point. She would gladly appreciate any prayers you can offer as she transitions through this awful phase of life.

Thanks in advance for all your thoughts and prayers.

So very glad you are back with us! You've been missed too. I am sure you will drop those additional lbs. very quickly. Glad you are enjoying married life:)

I still have a long way to go. I have such horrible moments of binging and then such regret. I really want to lose this weight, esp. the 10 extra I put back on.

Sorry I haven't checked in in forever! I have missed you all!

Becki, how is the pregnancy going? Are you going to find out the sex?

Steph, have you moved yet? How is NYC?

Danni, it looks like you are getting back to it!! Yay!

Lynne, are you still doing the P90X workouts? I really want the dvds but I doubt I would ever do the whole program.

Robin, sorry about the race. Are you planning to do any others?

Married life is going well. I found out a few weeks ago that my B-12 levels were REALLY low and my thyroid is borderline (whatever that means). I ended up getting 3 B-12 injections in one week and then I have to go back for two more shots a month apart. I am feeling a bit more energized but I wouldn't say it is like night and day or anything.

Weight-wise. I'm up. Yesterday it was 10lbs higher than my wedding day. Oops. Did drop 3 of them in one day, it was a nice little wake-up call. Need to get back to it. BAD.

I hope you all are doing well!!!! I really miss you guys!

Good morning everyone!

Long time no talk to. Sure do miss everyone here. How are you all doing? I have to confess that I gained 10lbs. I have been working on changing my gluttony habits and trying to work out more. Down .5 today. It is a start, but this isn't a great week for weight loss with a ladies Expo tonight and birthday celebrations twice this week.

Great weekend - spent a lot of money but I think Mom is happy. My sister and her hubby decided to replace the surround in my mom's bathroom, which led to replacing the ugly tile on the wall and the carpet on the floor. So I bought a new cabinet and sink and lots of other stuff and my hubby and I went this weekend and helped with the remodel. So nice not to have to work today. Still need improvement on eating, but I hope to behave today.

Thanks for being such a great cheerleader Lynne. Miss you all!

Hi everybody. I wish we were all back like before. Life is so busy! My P90X workouts are fizzling out. By the 3rd week of the training block, I am spent. Too spent to make it to the 4th week, which is recovery - 2 total body workouts, then yoga & stretches. This will be my 2nd recovery week.

Robin, sorry to hear about your race, but I have a question. What is a hip flexor injury? That is exactly where I hurt, and it won't go away. Yoga & stretching brings relief. I've had it since the very last of July and tried to run through it - which totally derailed me. On the few runs I've made this past week, it is my knee on the other side that hurts. Am I compensating for weakness on the other side? The leg with the knee issues is actually my weakest side, due to a bike injury in '05. Enuf about me.

Becki, I loved being pregnant, especially with my last one. I was in fit, fit shape!

Danni, wow, what a vacation. What a joy to have such a close family.

Hi Stepha! Hope your race is a joy and you have a PR!

Anne, are ya lovin married life? I've been married all my life- dunno any other life.

Where is everyone?

Have fun in the race, Stepha! Nike puts on a VERY organized race and in the race cities they have a concert afterwards. I don't think I am going to do it (SAD!) because I have 3 guests coming to LA that weekend and the race is at midnight. Isn't that the weirdest time? I'm kind of mad they picked such a stupid time. Last year it was at 8pm and I hated running in the dark.

So my half marathon is this weekend and... I am not running it. Boooo. I did my training runs, I am prepared. I ran 10 miles last weekend and was fine, then that night my hip flexor (injury that stopped me running last year) started hurting. By Tuesday it was in pain. WHY??!! So upset. But, trying to rest it and just move on. It would be stupid to run for 2 hours on it again when 10 miles hurt it so much.

So I have been eating well and exercising for 6 weeks and I have lost 2 pounds. TWO. Clearly my body is changing or something. Gotta switch it up I guess.

Hey all! Sorry I haven't been on much. Been busy and on vacation and not doing well with eating or exercise:(

Vacation was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My cousin really spoiled us. She rented a house that could sleep 27 - there were 12 of us. They took us boating, horseback riding and we rode a cable care at Squaw Valley to see the Olympic area. We did some beach stuff, mini golfed and ate at the house 99% of the time. It was a nice group of family and we all got along well. I was happy .... like ... visiting heaven for a week:) I highly recommend Lake Tahoe if you have the money.

I have missed you all and I pray you are doing much better than I am. I am up 6 lbs since the 1st of April. I haven't given up - just haven't figured out why I am not motivated much. Thanks Lynne & Becki for cheering me on. I need it. If anyone has a kick in the pants - feel free to send it my way.

Hi Buddies, I won't repeat Lynne's questions but I'm wondering all the same things. I do hope everyone is doing great!

This is my 12th week of pregnancy. I have now told my bosses at work and I'm slowly spreading the word around my work place. It's been fun. I don't think I could hide it much longer anyway. All of my regular clothes are getting too snug in the waist. I'll need to start shopping soon. I thought I'd make it 4 months but that is not the case. I still haven't been feeling the best but I'm sure energy and well-being is just right around the corner. Thanks for the sweet comments on my blog and just your over-all support. You are all so great!

Yes, Lynne, aren't mornings getting nice? I actually feel a touch of coolness in the air and I LOVE it! Fall is my favorite season. I'm so anxious to even break out my fall decorations but it still doesn't feel right in this heat. Plus I should go ahead and wait until fall actually starts. Hehe. I shouldn't rush time! Lets all remember to enjoy exactly where we are in life right now, even if not-so-fun things are involved. We will miss things from today. Don't let God's blessings escape you!
