At the beginning of the year I set a fitness goal of 9000 minutes for the year, thinking that 750 mins a month would be realistic, but I have consistently hit 1500- 2000 a month. Since Sept I have gone from a size 14 being almost too tight, to now a size 6 is a perfect fit. The fact that I have been able to do this for 9 months is amazing, b/c in the past, I would go for 3-4 months and then slip right back into old habits. Truly trying to make this a lifestyle change vs a diet. Thanks SP for helping me stay on track!
