I didn't really feel like exercising but I turned on my PC and went to youtube. I started with working my thighs for 10 minutes, then my butt for another 10 minutes, then my obliques, then my lower abs, then my abs and lo and behold, I had done a 50 minute mat pilates workout!

Then I took a break and read some mags. About one hour later, I laced up my sneakers and headed outside for a walk. Before I knew it, I had walked briskly for one hour! I was sweating both times!

Then I had my dinner! The shower afterwards felt so good! But I think I'm gettings DOMS! Ow!
